I went there later in the afternoon, friday,11/27 to buy multiple bags of stove pellets. Spoke to…read morecashier who was extremely friendly. Ask to purchase multiple bags of stove pellets and asked if they could be loaded into the car. The cashier called for backup assistance, asked if I would mind waiting a few moments, which I did and he continued to ring customers. A few minutes later the cashier came back, apologized and said that there was only one other person working in the store and was called away for something else I'm building style house for my girl and thanked me for my patience. He then went over to the stove pellets grab the bag and rang me up for the 15 I had requested, I paid and you gave me the receipt. He said to pull around front and Rob would come out and load them into my car. It did take a little while longer but eventually Rob came out with the bags and assisted me in loading them into the car. He was quick courteous and professional. As these two employees were helping me they continue to help other customers who had questions and wanted to make purchases. I was impressed that these two gentlemen Rob who was the manager on duty, and Ryan how was the cashier were able to run the store as well as they did with only the two of them. I did have to wait a bit, but all the customers were treated courteously had their questions answered, and items rang up quickly. Having only two employees on a Friday afternoon seemed odd, but they did a fantastic job. If it had been any busier though I'm not sure it would have worked

They were great at communicating and were very good about explaining what was done to rectify the issue. When I needed tractor repaired I reached out to other dealers and no one wanted to accommodate me and all said if they did it would be weeks for them to repair the unit. David knows EGO products and has been to Chicago for factory training and figured out the issue very quickly. I will definitely go to them again and next time purchase EGO products directly. I am outside their pick up and delivery area and when I told them I had no one to help me pick up and deliver the tractor they delivered it for a nominal fee. Very flexible company and they want to make it all work out.

Totally avoid this company . My son dropped off his rider mower there because it wouldn't start. He…read morecalled them a few days later and they said the engine was toast and it would cost $1500 to replace it!! They recommended scrapping it and they would be happy to scrap it for him for a $100 fee. My son slept on it and today went there with a rented pickup to get the mower back. The workers met him outside and said we thought you wanted us to junk it for you. When my son said no, they ran back into the shop and a manager came out. The manager then quickly said my mechanic worked on it last night and it's almost working now. It'll cost about 600. And it will be good as new. Kind of contradictory to what the staff said when he first got there. From junking to rebuilding it. My son then OK drove down a block and turned around because it just didn't sit right with him, how they changed their mind from junk to gold and told them that he wanted it back. They then gave him a bill for $300 for work he never authorized ( remember the staff told him to junk it) and he saw that a new battery was listed on the bill. He lifted up the seat and saw that it was the same old battery he had on it. Make a long story short this shop reeks of deception I wouldn't spend a dime there. I recommended that he called the Better Business Bureau and that's what he's going to do. To go from we recommend junking it, for a $100 fee, to "oh no don't take it, we can fix it " when he canceled the junk it order and came to pick it up, then billing him for a new battery that they never installed, we'll you don't need to be a detective to see something isn't on the level. The place doesn't even rate 1 star.

When we called to order the representative was no longer there, no one answered the cell phone we were provided until after the date. Another Rep took the order from us but John Deere financial would not honor the special due to the date being late. Anyway, we received the tractor, and we were supposed to get a plow to go with it. We had to call several times and once we were able to get in contact with him, we were told the rep we were dealing with was no longer there and they could not find the paperwork showing that they ordered the plow, After much researching they found the paper work and they did come and took the tractor to put on the plow. They did return the tractor to us but we asked if someone can come and show us how to put it on and off. We were told to utube it. After multiple phone calls they ended up sending someone out who spent a whole of two minutes. I was so disappointed in this company, as an affiliate of John Deere and will be switching companies for service.

He asked if I considered a scag for their hero discount. I asked what it was, and he said 15% off the entire thing compared to the 500$ off the ferris. He showed me a nice scag patriot and said it was just as nice as the ferris but for a lot less with my discount. No bear came through and was asking about what i was looking for, and he also was telling me how great of a machine the scag is. I asked about a power bagger, and he checked to see if they had one, and they did. I said, "Let's do it then." He offered me free delivery, and they installed the bagger for me and delivered it 2 days later. Angelo and no bear are absolutely awesome down there. They can find you any part and really know what they sell. I highly recommend them for any power equipment needs and look forward to using them in the future. Nice easy process from start to finish.
