We said that it did not, and asked them to redo the seeding. They did. When the grass started to come up, we were horrified to find that there were 2 different colors! I placed 2 or 3 phone calls to the company to say that we were very unhappy. Our calls were not returned. I spent all of last Fall re- raking and dethatching my lawn. It was an enormous amount of work, especially as I have a bad back, and am no longer young. When Spring came around this year again, I had to dethatch my lawn again because so much thatch had been left unraked by the company to begin with. I also had to reseed, to try to get the lawn all one color. We specifically told the company that we needed to have our lawn looking great, so that we might have the option of putting the house on the market within a couple of years. This company was highly recommended, so we are very put out and disappointed. We paid a lot of money for the work, & I ended up having to redo everything myself by hand. I am including pictures of the patchwork looking colors of the lawn, as well as the wheelbarrows full of thatch that I raked and hauled back into my woods. All I can say is this was the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. Harry's attention to detail is second to none and his prices are very reasonable. He shows up everyday with an army of professional workers that are all polite and all do meticulous work. They went above and beyond and did even more than I hired them to do, including power washing my house and cleaning up my yard without asking me for anything extra. If Harry sees something that needs to be done, he does it as if it's his own house. Harry is involved in every task, doesn't cut any corners and really cares about the product he's delivering.
