The best was the spicy sausage havarti by far! The havarti and Creole sauce make a perfect combination and will delight anyone who loves anything creamy. The Presto Latte was unique and had a strong lavender taste. Dark Mocha was good too though I would have preferred the taste to be even bolder and darker. Yes I am insane, expecting something to change which it never did. I have been purchasing breakfast sandwiches from them for a few years now. The last 4 to 5 times the sandwiches were literally cold. I called on my very last visit on 12 December 22 to inform them that my sandwich was cold. I was on hold for over 20 minutes, in which I hung up not waiting for the 21st minute. Stopped here on the way home from Salt Creek Recreation Center Campground with the kids and another family for coffee and a breakfast bite. The wait was a bit long, but the place was cozy and the kids loved the swivel chairs and little living room area indoors to hang out and wait for our drinks and breakfast sandos. During the wait, the kids were able to take a bathroom break before hitting the road in the nice, clean restroom. Food: we shared the spicy breakfast sandwich and wish we had ordered 4. So yummy! I am soooo glad I stopped here!!!! I found them on Yelp but when I was checking out of my hotel I asked them for a coffee shop suggestion and the said Adagio's. The baristas were so nice!! The also offered a punch card if I'd don't have one. I got a spicy double dirty chai and I is freaking amazing! I've only been drinking coffee and such for a few years. I was introduced to it gradually by going to Starbucks. So glad I realized there is life outside of there! I try to find a good local place in my travels and this is one of my new favs!!! This is our go-to coffee place in Sequim! We've been here a number of times and the staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The location and prep areas are always clean and organized. They also stock a great variety of flavors and syrups. I have a very specific drink that I like and they have made it exactly to instructions every time. Their espresso shots are always smooth and flavorful. My wife was in the mood for something new so had a few questions about some of the menu items. Her questions were all answered and the staff made some great recommendations as well. She really enjoyed the drink that they made and now has found a new favorite (Redbull Spritzer)! We have, and will continue to make it a point to stop here whenever we are anywhere near the Sequim area. They are the best! :) read more

Only went through the drive thru on a quick trip. I love that one side of the shop is for ordering and you drive around to pick up your order. My friend (a local) recommended the Mexican Mocha and the ham and Havarti breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. I ordered the mocha with nonfat milk. This one wasn't too heavy on cinnamon like most Mexican mochas. This place knows how this drink should be made! The breakfast sandwich was also very good. It was ham, havarti cheese and egg on a toasted English muffin. I loved it! The next time I'm in Sequim I will make sure to stop here earlier in my visit! read more

I need to say first off that this place gets a 5 for service and a clean comfortable place to sit and sip. My drink of choice is almost always a Mocha Frappe in warmer weather and a Mocha in cold, so I ordered a Mocha Frappe. This was my first visit to this coffee shop. I'm focusing my review primarily on the taste and quality of the Frappe, not on the service or ambience (which I've already reported is a 5) because that's the only reason for my visit to any coffee shop - the drink. The Mocha Frappe - First pet peeve is chocolate syrup in any drink. Yuck! Please don't put chocolate syrup in a frappe - it's a cheap corn syrupy flavor and can kill the flavor of a delicious drink (especially cheap syrup). I couldn't get the after taste of that syrup out of my mouth. I gave up halfway through and tossed it. If you like chocolate syrup ignore this. Or try another drink. As for me, I'm on to find a better Frappe in town. read more
