I'm sure they're not easy to make, but I would definitely not pay that much for one again ($3 each on DoorDash). The mango milkshake is vanilla with pieces of mango blended in. But for me, this review is about the coffee. The roast, the grind, the pressure, the balance, the crema, all of it worked. This was not just a decent cup from a cute cafe. This was careful coffee from people who know what they are doing. You can smell the roasting as soon as you open the door. That is usually a good sign, but it does not always translate into the cup. Here it does. We were especially grateful to find this place after a strange travel evening near Dungeness Spit when almost nothing seemed open and dinner ended up being a couple items from Walmart eaten in the car. Then the next morning, here was this small cafe in Sequim producing coffee with more care than plenty of places in Los Angeles or San Francisco. Great service too. Friendly, quick, and professional.
