Honestly, super solid for grabbing a fresh salad, and heavy salads. Not heavy as in it's going to give you the "itis", it heavy in a sense that the salad is big, and actually has some weight. Really enjoyed the southern bell salad, packed with flavor. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, especially if you're looking for something on the healthier side. Ever since the owner opened Greens on Your Way years ago, it had been my favorite salad place. I always raved about it. I always encouraged people to patronize any of the three locations. I bragged on the quality, the quantity, and the deliciousness. After my experience yesterday never again! I have noticed that for the last couple of years the portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. Granted, prices have gone up on everything, not just at this restaurant. So that part is understandable. I'm not mad about that. What I'm extremely frustrated about, i'm actually angry, is that they served me a salad with barely any meat on it. I got the ruben salad last night through the drive up. When she handed me the bag out the window, it literally felt like a feather. When I got home, it was basically all lettuce, a tiny bit of saurkraut, some croutons, my garlic deal dressing, and a very a thin slice of the corned beef or whatever the meat was supposed to be. Literally, they give me a salad with a piece of meat smaller than the length and width of my pinky finger. That bowl of lettuce cost me sixteen dollars plus my tip. Yeah I'm angry about it. It is very rare for me to get angry. Getting home in Kingston, expecting to have an awesome dinner, and having this after I paid that much. Infuriating. I will give them credit for having the nicest crew. They have awesome customer service at the drive up, thus the 2 stars this time. We decided to grab a breakfast burrito to start off a road-trip. Let's just say we're glad the rest of the trip was a lot better than the start. First it took a really really long time, but had it been fresh and tasty it would have excused it. When I asked for an omission of one ingredient, I was told they couldn't do it because it's pre-made. Oh. Well, if they made up a bunch earlier this morning and just need to maybe microwave them briefly before heating them on a gril, it could still be good, right? Maybe. But it was not. It had a lot of potatoes and was mushy and just was not good. I tossed it halfway. And at almost $8 it was quite a disappointment. Thing is, it wasn't until just this moment when I looked up the burrito on their menu that I discovered it's a Jimmy Dean Frozen Burrito!?! Boy, do I miss the little place where Danny's BBQ is because they made the best, freshly made inexpensive breakfast burritos with eggs, vegges, meat, cheese and no filler potatoes either! I had a latte (which was fine). I can't say the staff was very friendly or attentive but maybe they were understaffed and overworked. Come here all the time for their salad wraps, absolutely love them. Expensive but usually worth it. However, stopped by today and ordered 3 wraps only to open up the first and find a long hair in my wrap. I found this spot on Yelp while researching quick and healthy lunch options on a break from a business meeting. The reviews were all pretty positive and from the photos it looked like what I was looking for so I drove the 15 minutes for a salad or wrap. It's easy to find off the main road into Poulsbo (Viking Ave) with very little parking and no where to sit to eat - but that's because it's a drive-through which I didn't realize when I chose it. No biggie. I had already parked so I walked up to the window and spoke to the friendly gals inside who made suggestions and explained how the menu works. You can choose any of their salads and have it made into a wrap - which I ended up doing with the BLT/wedge salad option and I added chicken for some protein. They had some fresh-baked Ginger Maple cookies pre-packaged and looking all fresh and moist at the window so I impulse bought those for dessert and for snacks later in the hotel. I went with an iced fruity tea drink sweetened with Stevia too. I think my total was about $23 which is pretty steep for a wrap, cookies and a tea - but the wrap was HUGE - like literally the size of my head. I ate about half of it - dropped out the veggies remaining and picked through those and ate them without eating the wrap - still probably had what looked like a HUGE amount of food left - and threw in the towel. The tea was yummy. The wrap was good. The gals inside were friendly. But the real star of the show? Those freakin' cookies. OMFG. I will dream about them. They haunt me. I want them every day. For breakfast, with milk. Mmmmmm! Get them. You must. Besides, if you eat your greens first, you deserve it. read more

I was at the Poulsbo Store this morning, first thing 0530, greeted with a smile, and a barista that was ready to help, yet not rushing us as we reviewed the menu, quite helpful! We got a piping hot vegetarian burrito with lots of flavor! Well seasoned and plenty of red pepper, onion, eggs, potatoes, ghost cheese--that definitely added a little kick with the black pepper. The burrito had just the right amount of cheddar, I don't care for too much melted cheese in the morning, this was perfect. It was also heavy, worth the $6.75. All burritos are the same cost whether you get a vegetarian or bacon and sausage; meat, hash browns, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, tortilla. It's literally a small baby! I was super satisfied, I mean, seems like a breakfast burrito couldn't go to wrong, but lemme tell you, it can, there's another coffee place close by that does a breakfast burrito and it's awful! I also got the mango madness smoothie with OJ, added soy (my request), mango, peach and banana. It was good but a little to much orange for me. All in all, satisfaction of service and food! Finally! A salad shop that offers organic produce, quick service, and homemade AHHMAZING salad dressings. You can order online AND they deliver, to boot! I came here at the urging of my older siblings. They both love the place and no joke, probably have ordered lunch here at least a few times a week since the Silverdale shop has opened. I loved being able to see pictures of my options online, and not just details. I know, I know, basically the same thing to read about what your potential meal contains and seeing it .. but not really! The visuals definitely help, though I must say, they don't do the salads any justice! So far, I've tried a quinoa salad and a chefs salad (with chicken), as well as the balsamic vinaigrette, a garlic dill dressing (I believe), and another dressing recommended for the quinoa salad. I could have guzzled all 3 dressings straight out of the container they were that good. And the salads? Large portions (definitely a couple meals) and good flavors that compliment each other! I hate to give one star. I love the salads here. I was a regular here until Covid-19. Today I was excited to grab my favorite salad after 4 months. I was greeted by a friendly mask-less barista at the window. I ordered my salad and then asked the other mask-less barista who took my payment if they wear masks while preparing the salads. She said "No, we don't wear masks here." I said that I'm not comfortable ordering a salad if they aren't practicing appropriate measures. She politely refunded my money and I drove off in shock. We were wanting something quick and healthy. This spot in Poulsbo is drive-up only (The Silverdale location is a sit down spot). The salads were delicious! Very filling and the dressings were excellent. I had the Harvest Salad with Apple Cider Maple Dressing. The kiddos had the Washington Apple Salad and Açaí Bowl which were all satisfying. Their smoothies were also tasty. This location does not carry the full menu so if you are wanting the Taco Salad or Quinoa you will have to go to the larger location.
