The walls and bench are dingy and extremely scuffed. It's also very warm inside and uncomfortable to hangout in due to temperature and the hard seating. It's a shame because this could be a super cute place to spend time and host small events if they would update it! The young gals could work on their customer service. They're not rude per say, but they could try harder to greet customers and connect at the register. I've worked at Starbucks for 8 years, having genuine conversations with customers and turning them into regulars is the best part of the job! Work is as fun as you make it. I try to chat with the girls and they respond kindly but you can feel they'd rather not participate in conversation lol. I did sit one time and watched them work through a rush and they crushed it! They laughed and high-fived, and that energy was so cute and is exactly what is needed every day. You girls are awesome when you let your personalities shine! I get the A.13 (?) I think. The brown sugar milk tea with oatmilk. They've made it perfect both times, and I'm so appreciative of them! I hope the gals see the constructive feedback and work on customer service, but my biggest reason for 3 stars is management neglecting the appearance of the business. Please fix this! Our counter gal, Chloe, was very nice, answered questions, and reminded us we had earned a treat based on prior purchases. The food was very good, I love great tasting bread, soup, and salad, along with the other baked goodies. I had the Fuji Apple chicken salad (1/2). The lettuce was fresh, green, crisp. It had a-good serving of chicken, dressing, and toppings like walnuts, feta, dried apple slices. It also comes with a side, I chose a small loaf of their bread. It comes warm and with some butter to spread. So good. My wife had potato soup bread bowl. It was a bit small perhaps but good soup and the bread is worth the price of admission. We finished meal with cookies and lemon scone. Top notch. Thanks Chloe and Panera staff.

I realize a simple avocado toast isn't always exciting and honestly, I wasn't expecting much given my experiences here in the past - but I was starving and this was the closest "real" food to me. The bread was this weird mix of stale and soggy with impossibly tough crust (I'm guessing due to the stale?) and the avocado, while green, had that unique taste of an avocado that's a solid day past its prime. My guess is they mash them up and treat them with lemon or lime juice to keep them green. This definitely wasn't fresh avocado. Sadly. Not related to the food - the toast came in the box shown here but also a giant bag with several forks and knives and napkins. Like they felt a family of four was going to eat this? It didn't make any sense. And finally, just like my other visits the folks working there truly seem like they could not care any less if you paid them to. So many Panera locations are amazing, super friendly staff, amazingly clean and really fresh food - I'm not sure why this location can't keep up.

Dropped in on Wednesday with my daughter and son-in-law after picking them up at the airport. In the past I have wandered through the menu and tried different things. But lately I've always gravitated to their Eggplant Parm. It's always such a generous portion, but I was totally surprised to see a SMALLER version on the menu! I ordered that and it was STILL a good sized portion. And, as good as I remembered. Nice crispy discs of eggplant, a huge raft of melty cheese, marinara and a side of spaghetti! I had missed it so much I was very tempted to eat it all, but after salad and a breadstick, I was happily satisfied so took my leftovers home for lunch the next day. Service was super pleasant and, given the crappy drive I had to/from the airport in a soaking rain and blustery wind, I really needed that glass of wine. Of all the chain 'family restaurants' I think the OG is my fave. Comfortable, unpretentious and at reasonable prices. Thanks for scratching my eggplant itch!
