This is a nice spot that has a very simple concept but seems to work well. Firstly, the owners are very personable and helpful. They were both there when I showed up for my very first time. It is a small menu of smoothies as well as bowls filled with healthy fruits, vegetables, bran, and other such items, even waffles if you're so inclined to go there. It took me a while to study the menu because I couldn't easily distinguish one healthy bowl from the next. Speaks to my lack of knowledge of this type of good eating. I narrowed my choices down by eliminating things I don't eat and then she helped me put together a bowl that ended up being quite delicious. Acai, blueberries, coconut water, bran, a bit of banana, etc. The only reason that I would not get another bowl with the acai seed in it is that I spent part of the day trying to floss out seeds from between my teeth and so forth. Yeah, my teeth and gums were like a magnet for that acai and getting rid of the seeds was not fun. However, the bowl was absolutely refreshingly cold and very delicious. Quite tasty. I highly recommend this place for those who want something quick and healthy. Unfortunately, for a lot of us though, the problem is that it's right next door to the newly opened donut shop. You've got to be pretty darn deliberate to turn right instead of left to get the healthier meal and not a bag full of delicious donuts next door. Or, you could be like me and get both. And then say to yourself well I got something not so healthy but delicious, and I'm balancing it out with something healthy and delicious.
I was in Silverdale trying to find something healthy and delicious to eat and passed by Move and decided to give it a try for the first time. I had the Dragon Fruit Bowl. It was everything that I hoped it would be and more. I am going to make it my goal to try everything on the menu at least once. The staff was really friendly and had welcoming personalities so that was a plus! Can't wait to return.
Tried the Berry Bliss and Chunky Monkey protein shakes from Move, and both were great! The Berry Bliss shake was refreshing, not overly sweet, and had a well-balanced flavor. The Chunky Monkey shake was rich and satisfying, and I added whipped cream, which made it better in my opinion without being too heavy. Neither shake was overly sweet, which I really appreciated. I'd definitely get them again and am looking forward to trying more flavors!
We go every Saturday as a family for coffees. Trying all of the different coffee places we can find. With that said, I'm starting to ask the baristas to surprise me with flavors just nothing with "maple". MOVE did not disappoint! She came up with cupcake. The ladies behind the counter all were friendly and helpful. The shop is clean, laid back and had music quietly playing. It's a nice place to talk, get work done on your computer or just relax and drink a coffee. I'd like to go back and try a smoothie next time.
Yumm! Stopped here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chocolate peanut bowl with an extra scoop of protein powder. Super friendly customer service too.
These smoothie bowls are so tasty! The owners are super friendly and great as well. I have a food allergy in the granola that typically comes in it and they were happy to offer one without it! Definitely recommend making this a regular stop! They should offer a smoothie bowl flight of some sort! It would be fun to sample them all!
I had such a great experience here . I had seen it was a new healthy joint so I had to stop by . I was greeted by a kind women and gentleman . I told them It was my first time here and they made me feel so welcomed ! The environment was very clean and tidy . I was looking for something with energy ! They suggested Lotus and mixed up two kind of drinks from what I said I liked . The drinks came out very tasty and delish. They had a great menu of protein bowls , waffles and smoothies . I shall be back for one of them ! Thank you for such a great experience!
I have been craving smoothies and haven't found a local spot I was to crazy about until today! Super cute shop, great atmosphere and delicious smoothie! I look forward to coming back to try their açaí bowls and other variety of smoothies.
Was on a hunt searching for places that had refreshing fruit smoothies. This place sure did hit the spot! Variety of choices on your preference and the dragon fruit smoothie did it for me. Not overly sweet, nice and refreshing. I have also tried it as an acai bowl adding honey and peanut butter. Amazing!
Most times I've gone in I've tried something new based on their recommendation and I've never been disappointed. Right now I'm obsessed with the Elderberry Lotus. It's tart, sweet, refreshing, and caffeinated. The staff is welcoming and the store is clean.

Super cute place. I love all of their plants and the simplicity of it. A nice place to hangout for a yummy treat. I got the dragonfruit bowl it think it's was about $13. For the price I wish they offered a few other toppings such as mango, strawberry, and chia seeds etc. read more
Fantastic spot for açai bowls and other treats. I had been dying to find somewhere with a decent açai bowl because I missed the ones back home so much. Their bowls were delicious and a great serving size! The ambiance is great for a hang out/study/work spot. The owners were so sweet and welcoming! Will definitely be returning and trying more menu items. read more
