Adagio is the greatest creation known to man kind. The atmosphere is fantastic, the coffee is too notch, the staff is absolutely outstanding (especially rylee, who is the nicest and most professional barista I have had he pleasure of meeting) and on top of it all, the breakfast sandwiches taste so good, it'll make you wanna slap yo mama. If you haven't tried this place, I strongly urge you to, because you have no lived until you've been to Adagio. I mean that. Your life sucks unless you come here. read more

I use Yelp all the time but don't normally write reviews. I was in Adagio twice in one day (9/6/19) and had a wet cappuccino, a ham/havartj egg sandwich, and later an iced chai. Drinks and food were great (maybe add some arugula/spinach or some tomato to the sandwich?), and I would be a regular if I lived in the area. But I really am writing this to call out how wonderful the staff is. It's an open place, and I could hear how the staff were interacting with customers and with each other. They were all super friendly, eager to please the customer, and kind to each other. It's not common to see so much cheer concentrated in one spot- nice job! read more

This was an ok coffee stand but honestly I thought there coffee to be a bit overpriced for what they offered. Sitting down and drinking is quite nice with a very plush interior but I would not recommend it for the drive through. read more

I'm happy to see Adagio's isn't caving in to Inslee's agenda. He made NOT wearing a mask in a public place a misdemeanor crime with up to $1,000 in fines and up to one year in jail. Yet he chose to let people take over part of Seattle (which he labeled a sanctuary city) for arson, vandalism and assault while he chose to "look the other way"! That won't work here in Sequim. Adagio's is a hero in my book and they make a great cup of coffee. I will be spending many more enjoyable times there. read more

On our way to Olympic National Forrest and needed a quick pick me up in the AM. I highly recommend to make the stop. It's very warm and greeting, you could spend hours in here because it feels like home. There is a fireplace and all of the furnishings have a dark finish, it's beautiful. read more

I'm just not sure what happened to Adagio. I recently moved back to Sequim and I've always loved Adagio. But I've noticed something I never had cause to notice before, and that is how abnormally long it takes to get whatever you order. I love the products they have, but I just don't have the time it takes to get them. I didn't stop going after just 1, 2, or 3 times. It wasn't until about 8 visits did I decide that that is the new normal at Adagio. I'm bummed. read more

We've stopped in twice over the last two years, each time we've been in Sequim. The coffee is great! We've also bought loose tea there, which we've enjoyed a great deal. And, as mentioned by others, the ambience is wonderful. I'd agree with the observations of others that the food is a little on the pricey side. That said, the quality is good! read more

Terrible service! The baristas were extremely unpleasant. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them even though I was the only person in line. Adagio's prices are a bit high, but I'd be willing to pay them if the staff wasn't so rude! Goodness sakes, your job is in customer service ladies. FYI you're thouroughly sucking at it. read more

Just passing through town and saw this cute appealing coffee shops I de used to stop for a coffee. Ordered an Almond Latte, very basic. The drink tasted burnt and no almond taste. So I asked the girl if I could get a couple shots of almond because it tasted burnt. She did give me the shots but I was surprised never acknowledged the poor burnt taste and just replace it. It is a cute place but won't come back. By the other reviews here this must an off day and my bad luck of the day. read more

I wish this place was in Seattle! The coffee here was awesome and the breakfast sandwiches tasted homemade. It def beats Starbucks any day! The only thing is the drive through was a little weird. You order in one window and drive around to pick up your order on the other side... and one of the girls forgot my water. Other than that I still would come back. read more

Adagio was a great, unexpected find. Between the four items me and a guest shared, we were impressed by all. Specifically, the breakfast sandwich was something new and by far one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. Besides Starbucks and Hurricane Ridge Coffee(with terrible street parking), this place has ample seating to enjoy coffee or lunch. They have salads and sandwiches(breakfast and lunch) really available in the fridge which is always a good choice when you're in a hurry. They use really good ingredients here. When I am craving something sweet, I grab one of their giant chocolate chip cookies or cinnamon roll. read more

In town for a week and dropped by a few times. Really enjoyed the latte made with almond milk. One visit had a salad that was extremely good. My sister enjoyed a sandwich which of course I needed to sample, yumm. I used the restroom and told my sister she had to check it out too, heated bidet, very nice on a cold winter day and such an unexpected accommodation in a coffeehouse!! This is my favorite coffee shop in Sequim and sport Angeles. Not only they make the best coffee but their Darjeeling tea is one of the best. If you want a quick lunch , try their soup and salads. Excellent clean services. Adagio has a pleasant atmosphere as well. read more

Was camping in the area and woke up early to get some coffee and use wifi, it is a very nice and comfy interior to sit in and the waitress was very nice although it was understaffed since it was quickly slammed after I got there, but she was fast and kept up the best she could. 6 months ago this place was a four star. We really enjoyed the taste of the coffee and the service. My husband and I could not finish our coffees 2 times after that. The baristas were very involved in each other and not focused on being polite or acknowledging customers. The coffee just tasted funny. Very disappointing. read more

Worst coffee ever! I keep giving these guys a few chances and am always disappointed. I'm not sure if they never clean their espresso machine, if they don't rinse it well so there's still soap in it, or if the beans they use are just a bad roast, but ilck! The drinks from this place always taste like dirty dish water. If you take the drink back the baristas don't really offer any solutions, just kind of say sorry. What a waste of money! You're far better off just going to Starbucks down the road or ANY other coffee shop around. read more

I stopped in on June 18, 2018 in the afternoon. Two of the baristas we sitting on the counter top. One was sitting by the cash register putting stickers on the plastic cups, and her crack was showing. The other gal was sitting across from her with summer dress on. I find it very gross that their butts are on the counters where the establishment serves food and beverages. Also, one girl dropped a bunch of cups, re-stacked them and kept continuing putting stickers with her hand touching every one of the cups on the top of it not the bottom of the cup. Friendly service but not same as a year ago. Even the salmon ceasar salad doesn't taste as 'tangy'. The muffins are really undercooked/toasted..almost raw. We always request 'very toasted muffins' but it seems as though no one understands this. We get very hot ingredients and soggy muffins! This has happened so many times that we no longer go there. Would love to write a better review about this coffee shop because it's such a cute venue and it has outdoor seating far enough from the street so as to avoid car exhaust fumes. I have been a weekly customer for the past year since my bestie moved to town and she lives close by. However, the baristas are excessively loud chatting back and forth to each other and the poor acoustics inside amplify their chatter. The quality of the English muffin sandwiches varies from barista to barista-some of them do not understand that an English muffin should be toasted and so most times we are served with raw, chewy muffins. Trying to correct the mistake is met with indifference at best and snottiness in the worst case. Some baristas are sweet with excellent service while others just don't seem to get the "service" concept. In a nutshell, it all boils down to training and this coffee shop does a poor, poor job of it. I won't be going back. There are a lot of coffee shops in this town and service will always trump. read more
