I was so impressed by everyone at Acura by Executive and the process was so smooth I forgot I was even buying a car. They actually make car buying enjoyable not that stressful ordeal of feeling like you are being taken advantage off. I made an inquiry on the Acura website and close to 7 dealers all approached me, I got quoted from some of them and none of them were able to do anything on my trade and all of them were trying to over charge me. Now I work in sales, so I hateeeeeee negotiating because I do it all day, I always give people the best deals so when it's the other way around in a perfect world I expect to be treated and hooked up with good deals also. Every dealer I went to closer to my home in Stamford and also NY all quoted me high and I needed to work my way down to a number. Acura by Executive gives you the best number up front!!!! I didn't need to negotiate anything and they beat all of the other guys without me needing to do anything, got me a tech package for the price of what the other guys wanted for a base. Everyone there was great from Kristin for reaching out to me via email and being very friendly and professional, Sara for being pro active for calling me in to meet in person and a big shout out to Manny Gonzalez a Rockstar of a sales consultant and my guy Steve the business manager who was such a pleasure to speak and work with. This is a true A Class dealership where they care about the customer, not making a sale but building a relationship for the long term. I don't care where you live, NYC, Long Island, Westchester, Stamford..... if you want an Acura reach out to them, ask for Manny start the process online and you will see the difference. I would give ZERO stars if I could. You know all the horror stories you hear about car dealerships, well if you come here Steve and Paul Burkman (General Manager) will make sure you get played! This was the WORST experience I've had ever purchasing a car. First of all they wouldn't let Acura of Berlin pull the car over so I had to drive over 45 minutes out of my way just to see the car. If you're a female definitely do not come here because they treat you as if you're an idiot and promise you all these things then refuse to maintain their word. I stupidly put a deposit down on the car before seeing it but I made sure I asked if it was refundable because I obviously hadn't seen the car but it was the only one I was interested in at the time. The car was supposed to be detailed which you could tell was rushed. They left tools inside, the wheels were scuffed and I even found corn nuts in the drivers door and also the car mats didn't even match. They just gave me an old drivers one and the other set was newer but a completely different pattern, smh. I was promised free oil changes for 3 years and asked Steve for that in writing. He just kept saying he was going to be there for more than 3 years so no need for that and I again insisted on getting something in writing. Still haven't gotten anything btw. I was leaving on vacation right after I purchased the car and noticed the side view mirror was scratched excessively and I had not noticed that when I first saw the car. I immediately called and emailed Steve about this and even emailed Paul as well. Once I returned from vacation I was able to get a hold of Steve who admitted he heard my voicemail but was too busy and forgot to call me back. Such amazing customer service skills huh?! Steve tells me to come into the store and they'll see what they can do. That's when Paul the GM basically tries to say that those scratches weren't there when they took pics of the car (which was months ago). I say well look at the cameras because I didn't just spend almost $30k on this car to be spending another $1200 on a new mirror. They have me there for almost 2 hours to just give me this paint pen to cover the scratches. At this point I'm furious because that's not going to do anything, this was more than just a scratch. I was told by another manager there that it's just the cover that needs to be replaced. Now me being a female I don't know much about parts so I call around and ask how much the part is. I find out the cover is only about $40 so after going back and forth with Paul about fixing this he agrees to cover the cost. He told me he would call me after the part came in because he wanted to make sure it was the right one. Obviously a few days go by and no phone call. I waited 3 days after the date he told me to find out yes the part was there. Such wonderful follow up skills these people have. Funny thing is everyone including Paul saw EXACTLY what the damage was and when I went back they only replaced the top of the side view mirror not the bottom. I assumed it was all one piece (I'm not a mechanic) but Paul knew I was referring to the entire thing because I wouldn't be complaining about just one part. I bring it up to Paul about the other part not being fixed and he goes "you said the $40 cover" so that's what I ordered and he refused to comp me the other part which btw was only about $80 more. He also had this smirk on his face too. So I already knew I wasn't getting anywhere with him. At this point I'm furious because mind you I keep driving over 45 minutes to this place. And that same day I ask if Steve can write me out the free oil changes since he told me to bring my paperwork with me and I'm told by Paul no because he's doing "deliveries" I'm just over the whole situation at that point. These people really think I'm going to be driving back and forth wasting my time and gas for them to keep playing games. It baffles me how you're in management and cannot provide an $80 part when you just made a $30k sale and how can someone not take 2 minutes out of their time to write something on a piece of paper if they promised you they would. Also when I brought up the cameras I was told it would take a while and that their cameras are not good quality. I will NEVER in my entire life return to this dealership. The AUDACITY they have to treat a customer like this is ridiculous. The service department on the other hand was fabulous. Tyler Leopizzo was amazing. Great communication and fast service. The sales department needs to take some notes from them because they completely lack in customer service skills. STAY AWAY!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I'm still in shock at the way this was handled.

She was kind, easy to chat with, and genuinely made me feel at ease. We even bonded over our love of dogs, which made the experience feel that much more personal and relaxed. He was helpful not only with my loan but also with getting a refund on a warranty from my previous car. Ben was relaxed yet professional, and made me feel like I was chatting with a trusted friend at the kitchen table -- calm, easygoing, and informative during a big life purchase. Bonus points: we had a great conversation about dogs, which made everything even more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to thank Michele, my BMW Genius. I shared with her that I sometimes have trouble retaining technical information, and she was so kind and patient. She walked me through all the high-tech features of my new BMW in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. Her sweet and thorough approach made a huge difference. I was told it wasn't covered by he warranty which is fine. I could contact my insurance company right see if they would cover it. OK fair enough. The problem is that he refused to even look at it. He rudely told me the windshield needed to be replaced and wouldn't even look at it to see if it could just be sealed since it was a very minor leak. Once you buy from them they could care less. We then went to Mercedes, Infiniti, Porsche and BMW but the experience at Land Rover North Haven was the best. Gina was so sweet and prompted me to Bill, who provided me with immeasurable guidance.
