The team has always done an excellent job of maintaining my car, identifying problems, and resolving them. For the most part, the service advisors have also been excellent at communicating with me throughout my visits. They take the time to explain what's going on with my car in terms that someone with limited mechanical knowledge can easily understand. I have a great deal of trust in their judgment. I would especially like to recognize Bobby Erickson, one of their outstanding service advisors. My husband and I go out of our way to request Bobby because he is truly exceptional. He is professional, personal, kind, and incredibly communicative. He takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be done, why it's necessary, and what he recommends. His knowledge and experience with Mercedes engines are evident and his advice is always thoughtful and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service over the years, and a special thank you to Bobby Erickson for going above and beyond. He is a wonderful asset to Mercedes Benz of North Haven service department.

I had to admit that I did drive everyone crazy trying to find the perfect car. We all called dealers all around the area, and checked Carfax, and Carguru's, it was painstaking. Some dealers would tell you that they had the car, but left them in the "trade in" condition. Dog owners, damaged body work (scratches, dents, rust ,misaligned lights and even missing keys). Obviously, no effort was put forward for a potential buyer coming in for a test drive. The salesperson would say "Oh we will clean it up if you put a down payment on the car", What? So I had seen the horrors of used car shopping. So driving an hour and a half to North Haven BMW had me prepared for the worst. I made an appointment with Stephanie and was ridiculously surprised. Not only was the car as we discussed, in immaculate condition, but the price quoted was firm, no additional costs, no pressure and no surprises. Stephanie was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and extremely pleasant. It was such a contrast to what I had experienced previously. I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used car a their facillity. I will forever be grateful! Sylvia K. New York

They are crooks! I took my car in for warranty rear subframe…read morereplacement and was told the rear springs needed to be replaced not under warranty at a cost of $988. I inquired as to a breakdown on the charges and discovered the dealership was charging me labor to remove and replace the springs that they already would be doing when replacing the rear subframe. Double dipping for labor. They then remove the labor and told me it was $565 for the parts. I looked at their retail online store (buymbpartsdirect.com) and found the springs to cost $118 each. As a retail customer I could buy them from their parts department at that price. I inquired as to allowing me to purchase the springs from their online parts department and they install them. I was told no that they would not do that because they felt the online pricing was wholesale prices even though I could buy them as a retail customer. They tried to pull the same thing with the exhaust that they would have to remove anyway for the warranty repair and tried to have me replace it for almost $1700 when the part was $770 from their online parts department. They are not honest and will rip you off!

His genuine approach and willingness to help left a lasting impression on us. Returning today, our decision to purchase was influenced primarily by Jon's exemplary service during our initial visit. His knowledge of Acura's current offerings and future features was impressive, and he patiently addressed every question we had about the car we were interested in. Despite juggling multiple customers, Jon ensured we were attended to promptly, and our transaction was completed efficiently. Unlike experiences at other dealerships that often involve lengthy waits and back-and-forth negotiations, Jon's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made our visit seamless and enjoyable. His ability to provide top-tier attention to each customer, even while busy, speaks volumes about his commitment to excellence. Today, with Jon's assistance, we purchased a 2024 Acura Integra for my husband, a decision we made swiftly and confidently. My wife and I moved to North Haven from Wethersfield four years ago. I went into my local "previous" auto parts store. It didn't have what I need. I then went into this O'Reilly Auto Parts. It completely won me over. I never wetn back. Phenomenal people - beautifully laid out - totally professional. My most recent experience - last week - was I walked into the store - as I so often do - in need of some advice / expertise. There was a friendly young man, Zach. I asked him a somewhat technical question about a piece of equipment I wanted to buy. There were several types at a range of prices. Zach led me - with perfect clarity to the right piece at the right price. Then explained to me exactly how to use it. I walked out - as I always do from this great store - with a COMPLETE solution. Zach is a young superstar on the rise. Great attitude. Knowledgeable. Provides above and beyond service. his extra effort didn't result in any immediate dollars going into the store's daily revenue. Sneak in a video camera and train it on Zach on any day he works there. You could use that as an absolute role model for training others.
