One is racism and discrimination committed by an employee named Andrew. Few weeks ago I came in for missing undercarriage clips, and I'm still missing clips, which is another example of poor service. I also rescheduled an appointment requested for a loaner car like I always do. & BMW North Haven informed me they didn't have a loaner car for me when I arrived today. She was kind, easy to chat with, and genuinely made me feel at ease. We even bonded over our love of dogs, which made the experience feel that much more personal and relaxed. He was helpful not only with my loan but also with getting a refund on a warranty from my previous car. Ben was relaxed yet professional, and made me feel like I was chatting with a trusted friend at the kitchen table -- calm, easygoing, and informative during a big life purchase. Bonus points: we had a great conversation about dogs, which made everything even more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to thank Michele, my BMW Genius. I shared with her that I sometimes have trouble retaining technical information, and she was so kind and patient. She walked me through all the high-tech features of my new BMW in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. Her sweet and thorough approach made a huge difference. I was told it wasn't covered by he warranty which is fine. I could contact my insurance company right see if they would cover it. OK fair enough. The problem is that he refused to even look at it. To make things worse, AAA wouldn't come because I had already used my two service calls for the year, and most tire shops were closed or didn't have the tires I needed. Then I found Town Fair Tire at 165 Washington Street in North Haven, and honestly, they saved my day. From the moment I walked in, Matt was kind, patient, and understanding. He could tell I was stressed and went above and beyond to help me -- explaining everything clearly, keeping me updated, and making sure I was safe and taken care of. His team worked incredibly fast, and within an hour, I had two new tires, my alignment was checked and was back on the road to Massachusetts to meet my friends.     The right front tire on our Lincoln MKT looked low. We went to Town Fair Tire in North Haven…read morewithout first asking for an appointment. They were very busy but agreed to take the car. A few hours later they called to say the tire was damaged beyond repair and we needed a new tire. We said to go ahead and replace the tire. They were to call us when it was ready. Several hours went by. I called and was put on hold "while they checked". After waiting quite a while the call went to voice mail. I was getting very frustrated. We went to Town Fair and found out they had not started to take care of our car. Finally, they took the car in and replaced the tire. When we went to check out, the person at the desk was most apologetic and offered a very nice discount "for our trouble". Mistakes happen, but when the business responds appropriately and in good faith, it makes all the difference in the world. We will continue to use Town Fair Tire and will recommend this location to our friends.
