They have reasonably priced used tires and are there to help customers not make money and just send them away.

I purchased 2 used tires from this place a month ago I paid good money . I noticed a bubble. In one of the tires I purchased so I tool it back there was only a young Spanish kid there working , I explain to him what happen and he check ti see if they had another tire that would fix my car he looked bur couldn't find one . He called his boss so he put me on phone the boss told me how the bubble got there Said I must have hit a curb or a pot hole which wasn't true I'm a very careful driver. He said he didn't have that size to go somewhere else .. I handed the phone back to the young kid he and his boss was talking in Spanish after he hung up he walked pass me , lower my car from the jack then walk on to the next person car without saying anything to me . I walked up to him and ask when the boss coming back he replied annoyed. "Later" not even looking at me when saying it. I have spent lots of money here over the years and referred many people there to the tired shop. Very unprofessional I will tell all my people about tve experience I had here today. Thank God I'm able to go other places where I can spend my money and get better service and respect .anyone who read this beware ....I will never come here or refer anyone else here.again read more

My car had a annoying slow leak in one tire so I decided to go to this fine establishment to get it repaired. It being my first time using this place was pleasantly surprised by the top notch service and extremely quick turnaround. A young boy that serviced me said I was in dire need of a rim job . He was right he proceeded to give me such a good rim job it made my knees buckle. I can't wait until my next tire leaks because I am looking forward to my next visit. read more

Still a fantastic business. Needed all 4 tires replaced I already had the tires... 20 bucks each and 5 bucks disposal fee...out the door in 20 mins. They were super friendly and even let me and my baby sit inside (was closed due to covid) so we didn't have to stay outside on the 85 degree weather. Owner and his employees are friendly and they are a great local business. The only place I'll go to get my tires done!!!!! Thank you!!! read more

I have eight cars (5 for my business) so I buy a lot of tires. I also usually purchase the tires online then have they guys here put them on for me. I like that I don't have to make an appointment. I've never waited too long and it's $20 for mount and balance. Will keep coming back here. read more

Fast and amazing service for a unbeatable price! From now on Heavenly Tires will be the place I go for all my tire needs

I stopped by today to have one of my tires plugged after I discovered a slow leak. This was my first time at Heavenly Tires and they were professional, helpful, quick, and affordable! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised by how little it cost to plug my tire. I would recommend Heavenly Tires to all my family and friends in the area for quick, reliable, and affordable service! read more

I would never use these people again. I've bought 3 tires from them in one month and every single one blew out while I was driving, could have easily killed me have I not been going the speed limit. The people that run the store are nasty and rude and honestly could give less than a F... about their customers safety. Then when confronted instead of apologizing and trying to offer a solution they just blame it on you. So if you'd like to spend $100+ dollars on a tires a month. Then sure to ahead they are great at doing that. read more

Wow! Good honest business in Meriden. Quoted me a price for two tires...stuck to it. Took my car in quickly and was done in 45 minutes. Better price than the chain stores. Owners son in front is a good touch for the place as he is a friendly conversationalist. They are a place I'd recommend to anyone. Support small business! read more

Was recommended by a friend. Not surprised to see they have all five star reviews. I was pretty desperate for a cheap tire and they were so nice. My rim was bent and they tried to fix it then called another shop to see if they had a rim for my car. Just great all around. read more

I've always come here when I needed a tire replaced and they've been good. Last time evidently whoever replaced my tire neglected to replace the wheel lock key and when I went to have a minor problem fixed this week, I was told they couldn't because I didn't have the wheel lock key. I had no clue what they were talking about but they were the last to change a tire on this car so...? I wound up paying more to rectify the problem elsewhere. I'd still go here but...less enthusiastically. read more

I needed some tires a couple years ago. The owner gave me a great deal and his employees were friendly and fast! To this day I'm still riding on those tires. I'll definitely be back soon and have recommended everyone I knew to stop in!! read more

This place is an excellent example of the quality of service you get when doing business with a local, small company. I bought four truck tires for our SUV for half the price of a large, chain store and they included the installation and balancing. I recently took our other car in to have a screw removed. They plug tires for ten dollars on the spot and don't push you into purchasing new ones if you're not ready to. I noticed they also sell slightly used tires, which saves people money when they can't afford new. The men that work here are always personable and acknowledge you immediately. This business is an asset to Meriden and allows people to make repairs to their vehicles that don't break the bank. read more

I came here a few weeks ago after a flat and riding on a donut for two weeks. I explained to the owner (I believe his name was Robert) that I couldn't afford 4 new tires, which was needed since my tires were bald. He then turned to me and offered 4 new tires for a VERY reasonable price. He explained that he wanted to help me out since I was a single mom and making money wasn't the priority. I was moved by his generosity. He had his workers quickly get to work and had my 4 year old and myself sit inside to stay warm. While inside, he often came to check in on us and treated my son to a drink. This place was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone. They were fast, affordable and compassionate in my case. This single mom really appreciated the help. Thanks again! Connie M read more

I read Frank N's review and decided to stop in myself due to a slow leak. This place is awesome! Fast and friendly service!

Sears told us they couldn't fix our tire- that we would have to replace it, and since one had to be replaced we might as well replace all four. Well that wasn't going to happen, so we called Heavenly Tire who fixed the flat for under $15- these guys are the best!! read more
