I came here in an emergency on 3/5/26 driving on the hopes and dreams of stopping without taking out a telephone pole. Miraculously I made it with my caliper holding on for dear life from the top bolt and a different bolt in my rear tire. The best staff!! I came in during the summer because town fair Tire told me I needed four new tires and I wasn't planning on spending the money now. One of my tires had an air leak at the tire depot fixed and told me to come back in the fall. Needless to say, I forgot to come back until the first snow storm where my tires were not gripping the road and I was sliding. Way back in the 1990's, I had a coworker named Bob. We had four guys named Bob there, and to differentiate him I called him Bitter Bob. Nothing mad him happy. He was a bitter, bitter man. But when I mentioned to him that I needed new tires, he could not have been more effusive in recommending Tony at Tire Depot. And since that first purchase I made there soon after, I buy my tires ONLY at Tire Depot. The price, the courteous service, and Tony remembers his customers, too. ( once in the early '00s, I got 4 new tires at Costco and was unhappy with them. Noisiest tires I ever owned!) I am in fact planning on getting 4 new tires for my Mazda soon, I'll go to Tire Depot so they can replace the four Cooper tires the installed 5 years ago with new ones. read more

I'm always one to research and use the community and my friends to find and support local businesses. After spending a couple days dealing with my tires I can say; yes the place is jammed pack. I didn't know this but a great tip is to drop the car off either at early morning, slip the keys in the box or at night just to have your car in earlier so they can get to it sooner. They aren't working with a lot of space so it can be crazy at times. With that being said, I watched numerous cars come in and out for rotations, flat repairs and just to check on the tires. You can't beat the price, and Tony and his guys do make sure you're taken care of by the time you're cars ready to go. Overall, got a really good price and recommendation on the tires I received and when places around that can't help with a certain tire they recommended tire depot and that goes a long way. read more

I rarely write reviews unless I'm either really impressed or really disappointed. This place is awesome! I went there to have them check out one of my tires that was leaking air to see if it could be patched or if I needed a new tire. They were so friendly and even though there were a bunch of people waiting, they got to my car within about 15 minutes. Unfortunately my tire wasn't fixable. I told them I didn't have a lot of money to spend, so they checked to see if they had any used tires to save me some money. They didn't have the kind I needed in stock, so they called multiple tire shops nearby until they found one that did!! They told me how to get there and gave the guy a heads up that I was coming. And not only did they send me to a competitor which no other business would do, they didn't charge me for changing my flat and putting my spare on! I have gotten tires here twice and brought in my daughters car as well buy after my guy was treated so horrible there, I will never go back again. The owner, Tony, swore at him because he asked if his tires had been rotated yet after the owner told him to come on Tuesday morning, then told him it was 1.5 hour wait...so he left and came back. When he enquirer again the owner went off swearing at him and dropping the F bomb. So much for supporting local business. FYI Tony... I am still in a bit of shock for how great the service was here and how quick I was in and out. I had a flat and was dreading going back to Town Fair Tire in Avon, so I looked around on Yelp and found Tire Depot. My dad and I drove over on a Saturday morning without an appointment and arrived about 10 min before they opened. They had already opened their doors and took us in right away. The man who helped us, Tony, immediately said my tire was not salvageable and recommended I take advantage of the free tire replacement I was eligible to receive from Town Fair Tire. My father and I expressed a desire to avoid going back there and asked what he'd recommend. He never tried to push a sale, in fact my Dad was who had to request sales info and a quote. Within 2 minutes of pulling up, we had a quote and they took my keys, and within 20 minutes, I had two new tires and a full rotation. Tire Depot staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all, the entire experience was quick and simple- and I immediately trusted that they were giving me honest advice. **Heads up - you can't quite spot them from the main road and my GPS took me to "Ricks" on John Ave. Keep an eye out for the small sign to turn onto Missal Ave in between Bedding Barn and Applewood's. read more

Tony is a wonderful and honest person and runs his business exactly that way. He installs tires of course even those purchased online or used. I went back after 6 months because of a bad vibration in my front tire (not purchased from TD btw). He rebalanced it and I tried it out. It was better but not gone. He suggested rotating the tires to see if it might be a suspension problem. Turns out the rear wheel had loose lug nuts and one had snapped off. Dangerous obviously. They tightened and did their best to get me safely on the way to a shop that could do the repair. I really wanted to pay him and his guys something but he kept refusing "I will mail it back to you!" he said if I left any money. I always look for deals on tires - I will never buy tires anywhere else! PS I had used Tony and Tire Depot about 6 other times to put on tires I bought and every time he was honest and straightforward and just the nicest guy to do business with. In this age of big box everything - this is a welcome throwback. I no longer have to worry about tires as long as Tire Depot is in business. They marred my expensive wheels with their "touchless" tire changer, but the owner did pay to have one refinished (the others had prior curb rash and needed it anyway). I think the owner was upset that it happened and gave me the name to a guy who did a good job refinishing all my wheels. I believe this may have been a one-off situation with an inexperienced worker, but still I don't think I'll take expensive wheels there again. read more

I just got back home after heading over to see Tony and the guys at Tire Depot for a nail i noticed that same morning. I was out within 30 minutes and get this, Tony waved the charge because i had bought tires from them. The last time i went the kid working the front desk was keeping my 7 year old entertained with her Rubix cube and was also out quickly after having them mount balance pre-purchased tires. There is no better place for all of your vehicle needs then Tire Depot. I'd gladly drive 30 minutes or more just to have these honest and pleasant guys doing the work. I was at the tire counter about to purchase tires at Costco, my favorite store on the planet, when my father suggested I try Tire Depot - he had heard good things from many people who went there for service. Wanting to support a local business I decided to hold off my Costco purchase and to call Tire Depot the next day and do some price comparison - I am happy I did! I spoke to the owner, Tony, who was very helpful. I told him what I already had planned to purchase at Costco and the price out the door. Tony really seemed to want my business and asked me if he could call me back and get some pricing together. A half hour later my phone rang - Tony proposed to get me into a comparable set of tires (I checked online to compare brands and he was honest as could be about his comparison) and he gave me a better final price. When I went down to get my tires on a Saturday morning at 8 am the place was packed - it is a little tough to see the building from the main road so you have to drive slow. Even though the store was super busy I and as far as I could see, all of the other customers were given excellent service - the other customers actually did not mind waiting (the wait was very short) because of the service we were all getting. The shop is rather open and there is nothing to hide - the employees seem to do a very good job and take pride in their work and I have no question if I ever have a problem with my tires I can bring my car in and it will be taken care of right the first time - and done at a fair price. Highly recommended - I read a review online that said "this is how all businesses should be ran." I could not agree any more than I do with that statement. read more

Bought all-season tires locally from tire rack in Windsor. This place changed them over to my existing wheels. When I went to personally change to my winter tires I noticed that one of the lug nuts took more energy to remove. There I noticed that they had stripped the bolt when quickly mounting my tires. Going anywhere else for tires would be "baloney", It doesn't get better than Tire Depot and Tony. Best prices and service in the whole state. Your wallet will stay full and your car will run great. I needed 4 new tires, and I got quotes from a number of places ranging from local tire shops to big name franchises. Then a friend referred me to Tire Depot, and I am so glad he did. I called and spoke to the owner, Tony, who gave me a few quotes that were over $100 less than the competition! I continued to do my research, and then emailed Tire Depot through their website for quotes on a couple other brands. They responded to me within the hour. Tire Depot offers no gimmicks, no games, no hidden fees. They quote you a price that includes labor (mounting and balancing) and taxes, and that is what you pay when you pick up your car. My friend tells me that Tony has a warehouse right in Bristol where he keeps a large inventory of tires on hand. This is why he's able to charge such great prices. I had to drive over 30 minutes to get to this place, but it was well worth it for the ridiculously good service and price. will never buy tires anywhere else ever again. read more

Just bought my 3rd set of tires here this past weekend. Great pricing great service. The place was packed and they were already having to turn away business for during the week. In the winter, due to the aggressive treatments on the roads, the wheels needed to be sanded and tires remounted. No issues here. In fact the entire office was full of people with the same issue. Basically zero new business for them that day I was in there, but it didn't matter to them and everyone was leaving happy. read more

I managed to get to Tire Depot, and they took me in even though it was less than 30 minutes before closing. They fixed my tire in ten minutes flat. 10 minutes! Talk about service!
