I made an appointment for November 20 to have four ties installed. I dropped the car off on the 19th. They did have the car promptly ready on the 20th. I was in a rush when I picked it up and just grab the paperwork and the keys and paid for it. The next day, I remembered that I had had a problem with another Town Fair Tire with some damaged rims and I went out to check and three of the floor rooms were damaged. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager Rick and he asked me to send him some photos so I did and I never heard from him again I felt it was the holidays and people are busy so I waited till the middle of January and then I reached out to the corporate office sent them photos and Talked to to the regional manager. Still never heard anything from him, and I had to call back again and he called me the next day and assured me that they had been a managerial change and the new manager would be reaching out to me the next day. Well, I'm still waiting to hear from him as well and as far as I know, Rick is still the manager so I'm not sure what he's talking about I just cannot believe this is the second time this has happened to me and the only reason I went back is because a very close friend of mine does a lot of work there and recommended them I was just down at the rim repair Shop and they told me this isn't the first time that they've heard a story like this about Town Fair Tire. I gave them plenty of time and I am fed up and I emailed them today and I told them that I would be Rating reviews To let people know about my experience and to be wary of going to Town Fair Tire They had tried to tell me that they had tried to call and they couldn't leave a voicemail but surprisingly they were the only ones that had this issue I am completely disgusted with this company, and I would never recommend them to anyone read more

Limped to Town Fair Tire and they had a very affordable set of tires shipped from the warehouse and onto my car by 2PM the following day. Not only was I frustrated as is because of the initial tire issue but then the salesmen tried telling me that my back tires were eroded and about to explode. I don't think I will go anywhere else. Their tire replacement program when you get a flat Is the best. For me, it has already paid for itself since I've had several flats and would have had to spend close to $1k to repair without. They staff are very friendly and you can kid around with them. Right now I'm waiting for an alignment. I went to get my car's oiled changed at the dealership and they pointed out it was out of alignment. I was surprised since I just got this done at Town Fair Tire a month before. So I bring my car down to TFT to have them check it out and fix. They informed me that the misalignment was within factory guidelines and that my dealership was probably trying to up sell me. They agreed to fix it for free nonetheless. Sidenote: Need to fix how cold it is in here and advising how long the job will take when you take my keys. Also, ask who is next in line instead of assuming. read more

Service sucks. Prices are ok as long as you negotiate with them. 4 tire started at $625 and I got him down to $480 in 30 seconds. This makes me wonder if he sized me up as a "stiff" in my dress working clothes. Big mistake, I rebuild engines on the weekends. Oh and they brought me back 2 times and my car wasn't done. These guys are absolute scumbags. I went to the Bristol location in the Shop Rite Plaza about a year ago for tires and they told me there was a warranty. I came back and they told me my issue was not covered by the warranty and id have to purchase a new tire all over again. After they installed my new tires, my car squeaked for about three months and my car starter no longer worked, so I don't trust these guys know what they are doing. Not only that, but as I walked out of the store, they condescendingly talked at my back as I was leaving telling me "anywhere is going to tell you the same thing". I don't appreciate this type of unprofessionalism and I'd rather go somewhere and pay a bit more to know I'll be treated with respect. They literally live up to the expectation that women get taken advantage of when getting work done to their car. Do NOT let these guys rip you off... go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else. read more

Before you do business with these idiots, find another tire dealer. Michelin authorized full replacement of my tire. The manager said their company doesn't replace tires that they didn't sell! The defective tire came new on my 2014 Cadillac ATS, with 7400 miles it failed, so of course they didn't sell it. Well, Sears auto center will take care of it no problem! Now we need Michelin to take Town Fair Tire off their website!! Terrible operation. Go to the Casino and gamble, you'll have better luck!!! read more

I came in today because of a screw in my tire. Warmly greeted by Angel. He explained the process and fees to me which was way less than I anticipated. The service was super speedy. The waiting area was clean and I loved that I was able to watch them work on my tire on the monitor. I went in for an alignment and was told that I needed to replace my tires. I bought 4 new tires and within a week my mechanic told me that 2 of the 'new' tires were faulty and dangerous. I returned to TFT and they replaced the 2 faulty tires. The car was riding a little wobbly so I returned to a neighboring TFT who told me to return to the Bristol office because the tires that they sold me were bad. Upon returning to the Bristol TFT I was told that I would be charged for 4 new tires and an alignment. After pleading my case (while crying) I was finally given 4 'new' tires and was charged only for another alignment. Wait for it.......my mechanic has now told me once AGAIN that all of the tires are faulty and I need to replace all 4. Again. read more

I see other reviews with accolades of honesty and professionalism , not our experience at all. My wife brought in our vehicle to have a tire (purchased at Town Fair Tire) checked that was slowly leaking air. The tire professional informed my wife of his findings, a nail in the tire that was not repairable because of it's location, he proceeded to push my wife not only into a new tire but 4 new ones. She left on my recommendation and went to Tire Depot down the street that we have also have done business with. Lo and behold they repaired the tire with no issue of the location of the puncture. I see it as another dishonest company trying to make a buck of unsuspecting customer. Town Fair Tire will never see another vehicle of ours in there shop. read more

After having one of the worst customer service experiences at another business, I came to town fair tire. I cannot express how fantastic and helpful the guys that work there are. I had an experience where I had a locking lug with no key to get them off. Bob who works behind the desk did everything he can to try and help me out which included calling multiple dealerships trying to find a way to help me out. After finding one he preceded to tell them I was coming and scheduled me an appointment on the spot. After traveling to that dealership and back it was near closing for town fair tire, yet Bob, Earl, and Al made sure my car got done. The alignment specialist was leaving due to his shift being over, but Bob Earl and Al found someone else who would do it for me. Never once did I feel as though I was being a burden for them. i've had a wonderful experience with this shop. needed tires for my soon to be returned leased car (audi - don't ask). spoke with al and with josh. josh was especially helpful and responsive. he fielded many phone calls from me trying to coordinate between the dealer which required specific types of tires and the tire manufacturers. he was never impatient. even called me back several times to discuss options. always checked and re-checked and found me the least expensive tires that were acceptable to the dealer. when i came in for the work to be done a few days later, he remembered my name, helped me quickly and was thorough about the options. i truly appreciate his efforts and am very pleased. read more

This morning I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle. The purchase experience wasn't bad. The bad part came after my tire change & installation took place. I received a text saying my car was ready. When I came back I was told one of the studs snapped when they were trying to change tires. Since my car requires 5 studs they told me I was ok to drive with 4 intact & I agreed to take care of the 5th one on my own. They informed me that the stud snapping was an issue and not their fault. I shrugged it off. A part of getting new tires & based on the current mileage on my vehicle I was told to come back to ensure the torque or lug nuts were on tight after 25 miles & then again at 500. I drove 25 miles that day & came back the same day. I dropped my car off & as I waited another stud snapped. This time when the employee (Bob) came out I became frustrated when he explained that it happened again. Since they told me earlier that day that driving with 3 studs would be unsafe & they wouldn't let me on the road with less than 4 I was now concerned about my safety. They told me to drive somewhere to get studs & come back as they would put them on. I had a bad experience at the place they suggested so I called across the street to an auto dealer that services my vehicle and they did not have the parts in stock. If I decided to order them they wouldn't arrive until the following week. So what am I supposed to do with a car that I can't drive due to safety issues!? I came back in & a guy said they are going to try and salvage something. I'm sorry, but if a stud snapped how can that be salvaged? By gluing it back together so that it can break again down the road potentially causing an accident!? I wasn't going to settle for that so I took the issue into my own hands & called another auto location to see if they had the parts. Fortunately, they had only 2 which is exactly what I needed as I wasn't going to change the other 3. I came up to the counter & started dealing with Bob who started getting very defensive & only caused me to get more upset like what happened was my fault. Earl stepped in to try and resolve the issue because Bob was useless. Earl quickly got on the phone to get answers as the technicians working on fixing the the issue were trying to figure out how to get my tire off as they didn't have the rotor that was needed. At one point, I was told that they weren't able to do anything about it & that's when I got really mad. I now am stuck with a car that is unsafe to drive, at this time of day most car dealership service departments are closing & I wasn't sure how I was going to get to work the next day, etc. I was now going to have additional expenses (paying for an hour of labor, renting a car until I could get the part I needed) & Bob agreed to pay for half meaning for the labor and parts. A technician came out of the back & said they were able to get the tire off to replace the stud so I went across the street to buy the 2 studs that I found were available. I brought them back, got my car back & when I presented the receipt to Earl for the studs (which were less than $3 each) other employees (the service manager and a guy named Al) started chiming in their opinion. Al said, "but we just saved them so much money & now we have to reimburse them?" Again, Earl explained in a calm manner that if that's what Bob said they would do then that's what they had to do. My boyfriend stepped in & mentioned that we just spent $800 on new tires so it's the least they could do. Al battled back saying that it was problem before I brought the car in. Now, I did have the studs on the exact tire replaced 1 year ago. The service manager was trying to tell me that there were only 3 new ones when in fact there were 5. I know because the other studs & lugs on my car are original & a different color. These were shiny because they were all new. He tried to argue with me saying that the one that snapped earlier in the morning was old & I explained to him it wasn't. I said I could bring it in to show him because they gave me the broken stud with lug on it and I kept it in my car. He then tried to be right again & I told him I can explain everything to him about my studs & tires as it's my car & I know what was done to it. Overall, many of the employees at this location could learn a thing or two from Earl when it comes to customer service. I personally work in luxury retail & fully understand what good customer service is & how to provide it. I value a customer's business & will always provide the best customer service possible when I sense their is displeasure during an experience. You don't argue in front of customers either if you don't agree with something that was promised. Earl was very calm & understanding & didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Whether or not he agreed with my expectations, he didn't make it known & provided the service anyone in my shoes would expect. Very hesitant about coming back here & lacking trust! read more

Recently bought tires from here (2 days ago) and really not satisfied. The price and deal I got was good but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Town fair tire advertises price match and beating the competition by 5%. Well I brought a quote in from Walmart which was cheaper then town fair tire. It was for the Exact same tires town fair tire had. Well the guy punched in some numbers on the computer and tried telling me why town fair tire was a better deal and that they can't price match. On the monitor it claimed walmart Charged 12$ for shipping which is not true. Walmart will Ship you the tires for free. It even said free shipping on walmart's website. Well I ended up calling customer service and after 1 min of speaking to the guy he says yeah we owe you 40$ and change. He then said stop by the store and Malik will take care of you. Well my girlfriend goes in today to get the tires put on and get our refund. When she gets there the guy only gives her 31$ and change. The reason for this is they never beat walmart by 5% he simply matched the price. The tires were 97.34, walmart Charges the same price. To beat it by 5% they were suppose to reduce that price by $4.87 per tire in this case I bought 2 tires. read more
