In the middle of a long drive, we felt a pronounced wobble while driving our Jeep and happened upon Herb's to get it checked out. So glad we did! Joe and Maria quickly welcomed us, diagnosed the issue (was a worn tire down to the rim!), delivered a new set of 4 top quality tires, and installed them all within 2 hours. When I arrived for the appointment I was happy to find a Dunkin right down the road and folks seemed to be friendly. It is pot hole season and it took them a while to do it, but after about two hours I asked for a status update and they said they were done. A bunch of people had come and gone, and one guy was in the small waiting area with his dog that was jumping all over the place, but the team was friendly.
