Unfortunately if it is less than a week, they won't be able to reach that deadline due to a large stack of other clothings needed to be altered (they showed us the stack that the seamstress had to do). We at least asked for a quote estimate for a trim and they needed to know some specifics such as the length of dress, etc. which I found weird because I feel like pricing shouldn't go up just because you're cutting a few inches more. After we showed them the dress, we got quoted a pretty high price in our opinion. Ontop of that we needed a dress trimmed in 3 days so we walked out. I'd recommend this spot for dry cleaning but for alterations I say to make sure you have plenty of time, money, and are flexible.

Three employees promised to complete the alterations by August 4: shorten the length, shorten the train, take in the hips, and add a slit. After paying in full, I expected my dress to be ready on time. Starting August 2, they stopped answering my messages. When I arrived on August 5, they told me they needed two weeks and had not even started working on my dress. With only one day left, I gave them a chance to fix it, since I had no other option. Overnight they completely ruined my dress: they unnecessarily took in the waist (which I never asked for), cut the length shorter than requested (I asked to keep it long enough to cover the shoes), left the train unfinished and simply pinned with a safety pin, and made the ugliest slit I have ever seen. That was the dress I had to wear for my wedding. They refused to help or correct their mistakes and instead wished me "good luck," telling me the dress was beautiful as it was. They also kept my good hanger, returning the dress on a cheap wire one, poorly pressed the groom's suit pants, and gave my dress back dirty, with black streaks. Their shop itself was dusty and unclean; after trying on my dress, the train was covered in dirt and even hair. They did not return my receipt, and I had to pick up my order from two different locations because they couldn't manage to send everything to one place. I also want to point out the unprofessionalism: my white dress was handled with bare hands and very long nails, about 4 cm in length. This is completely unacceptable for a business that works with white and delicate fabrics. The staff was rude, irresponsible, and incompetent. Measurements were taken incorrectly. I would not pay even one dollar for such disgraceful work. This was the worst experience of my life, right before my wedding. I strongly recommend never trusting this cleaners with your clothes.
