When I first went to check out the car, I was able to take it for a test drive, everything was in a really great condition except for the side right view mirror. I bought a 2002 BMW 325iT from him in early January and he couldn't have been more a more cooperative seller. He gave me everything I asked for in reasonable time - walk around videos, videos of him driving the vehicle, etc. He let me secure the vehicle with a down payment, set up a transport from LA to Austin, TX, and allowed me to send the full payment even after the vehicle had taken off on the transport truck. My husband and I just drove 2 hours and I took off work to check out a Lexus on the lot. The owner whose name is IVAN, who has spoke with my husband, had stated the Lexus has a tear on the seat but only defect noted. My husband checks out the car, the headlights do not work, missing a lug nut, rusted break calibers, missing rear speaker covers, old worn tires, touch-up paint messy paint Job, and the list goes on. IVAN was not prepared when asked questions, which my husband was misled about this shape of the vehicle. The owner told my husband he could test drive it, and my husband noted that the gas tank was on empty! You gotta be kidding me! And this is the owner of this auto sales place. He doesn't know what is going on. Buyers beware, don't even waste your time coming here. This place should be shut down. And to top this off, IVAN pretended to be a private seller on offer up, and he is actually the owner/dealer if this sketchy jump off. i wasn't going to do this because the dude was cool with me I won't lie . But the service and the communication suck. Never buy a car from them they don't know what's really wrong with it when they sell it. bought a 06 g35 found it on Craigslist thought it was a private seller ended up being some little small dealer.. pushed that to the side dude told me only needed key registered at first ended up being a whole wiring issue and BCM problem I take it to innfiniti of valencia and they tell me this car has so many problems radio didn't work dude told me he would send me one in mail ... never did lol told me he would send me registration and pink right away I had to call multiple times. My car sat at Infiniti of Valencia for over a month I had a loaner car for them to charge me 3k to fix the BCM that was messed up all electrical is messed up car would shut off after turning the headlights on for a while. This car was mickey moused to sell and get off there hands so watch out for these dudes... I ended up having to sell the car as is and took a huge loss ... read more

beware!!! this company ripped off my son who has a learning disability... he purchased an acura tl... and the same night it broke down... we were stuck with an additional $2,500 transmission bill... we tried calling the dealership and they would not return phone calls... the owner ivan said don't call him for at least a week because he's going on vacation... then after i paid the additional $2,500 transmission bill, we picked up the vehicle... and two days later the head gaskets blew out... another $2,000 bill... i tried calling the owner and he cussed me out... laughed in my face... i threatened him with the court and he said he didn't care... so i will be filing formal complaints with every consumer agency on the face of the planet and i will be filing a lawsuit against this deceptive dealership that he will regret for the rest of his life for taking advantage of my handicapped son!!! i'm submitting letters to all the news networks... he doesn't realize that i sued the governor and i won the lawsuit... he can research that if he wants to on google... when you create a career of ripping people off one day you are going to rip off the wrong person and i am that person!!! you don't take advantage of someone who is down on his luck and empty his pockets out and knowingly sell him a lemon and go on vacation... my son lost his job because he broke down on the freeway... i'm not even mentioning all the towing charges we had to pay... this person is the scum of the earth and will pay one way or the other through the legal system through the consumer fraud agencies through the dmv and through the news networks including telemundo!!! purchased a acura tl paid in cash and then got stuck with thousands and thousands of dollars of towing and engine and transmission bills!!! how would you feel if someone did this to your child? ivan... you owe us almost $10,000!!! i am going to report you to the dmv and every consumer agency available... and file a lawsuit... for hardship!!! read more
