Kim spoke in a friendly tone with an exceptionally bright smile that's usually reserved for Disneyland. I arrived at Navy Federal (West Covina) on Friday (around 4:50PM - Near Closing Time). It's located at the Eastland Center, so the lot is big. Parking is easy. As mentioned, I was helped by a wonderful staff member (identified as Kim). My Navy Federal Card had been tearing/ripping lately from constant use, so on a whim, I entered the business to ask about a card replacement. Kim fixed my problem within a three minutes or less. FAST!! Despite the soon-to-be arriving closing time, Kim offered to quickly tape up my Navy Federal card. Then, once that didn't work, Kim immediately checked my ID and handed me a brand new replacement with no charge. Throughout the entire process, Kim's demeanor felt welcoming, friendly, and exceptional. Regarding the location, Navy Federal (West Covina) felt very clean and very safe. There's plush seating. And the process felt seamless. Thank you, Kim!

My only gripe is that the transactions are not instant, when you make a payment it does not readily go through in real time and there's like a 2 day wait. Overall, still a really good entity to keep your money in. And this branch specifically, is awesome!

I am penning this letter on behalf of Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. in Irwindale, California…read more I have owned 6 Volvo's over the past twenty years and between my brothers and myself we currently own 9 of them. We always buy them used and recently I was fortunate to find my 2008 Volvo V70 wagon online thru CarGurus.com, and I mean fortunate in that CarGuru's.com directed me to Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. in Irwindale, California. From the instant we spoke and throughout our entire time spent dealing with Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc., I felt we were part of his family and not in some abstract way but literally an integral and valued part of his family. Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. is the epitome of what every car salesman, no every person, should aspire to be. In all honesty I found Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc., First and Foremost, to be an incredibly knowledgeable professional who, in all our dealings, was a beyond generous, exceptionally giving, extremely trusting, trustful, truthful, honest, good, kind, thoughtful, caring, patient, humble individual and a stellar human being, who was an immense and comforting gift and inspiration to me and my wife in a world that sometimes offers otherwise and these are truly only the bare bones of what words might best describe Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. Deeply fortunate, forever grateful, beyond thankful, deeply blessed, the most fortunate for having made his acquaintance, are similarly a few words I would use to describe having met and done business with Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. of Irwindale CA. and his precious wife Fatana who, as I said above, both treated my wife Kelly and me like long standing parts of their family. Once again let me say what a wonderfully refreshing experience and a sincere blessing it was, from the moment we spoke on the phone with Alex Rashid of Newave Motors Inc. to our first meeting, and throughout the entire process of purchasing our newest Volvo family member. Want more? Then go see Alex Rashid at Newave Motors Inc. today and please tell him that his brother Kenny and his sister Kelly sent you! Thank you, Sincerely, Kenny and Kelly Mitchell Studio City, CA.

Jerry asked our SSN and assured us in writing there would be no hard credit pulls -- yet our credit was hard-pulled three times before we signed anything. A month later after we wired the cash, he pressured us to sign a credit application, saying the car wouldn't be sent otherwise. After we left an honest review on Rednote app, Jerry retaliated by creating many fake accounts on social media to spread false claims, twist facts, and make personal attacks. This experience was stressful, dishonest, and unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend this broker and the company to anyone who's looking to purchase the car.

Overall, I had a very positive experience purchasing my 2023 Hyundai Kona this past weekend. Was in…read morethe market for one, saw one I liked on Carfax for what I considered to be a super-competitive price, made an appointment to see it on Saturday. My salesman Albert was friendly, professional, and never made me feel rushed. He even took the time to drive me to my bank so I could pick up a cashier's check to pay for it in full, which I really appreciated. Once I returned, the finance department had everything ready, and the paperwork was completed efficiently. From the start of my appointment to driving off the lot was just under two hours, making the buying process much smoother than I expected. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the pricing structure. The advertised price was very competitive, but the vehicle also included a protection package that I was told was mandatory. But even with that package, the final price was still lower than comparable 2023 Konas I found through Carvana and Carfax with similar mileage/accessories (sunroof, upgraded display, etc.), so I do feel that I received a very fair deal. I simply would have appreciated greater transparency about the final price from the beginning. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and with the customer service I received from Albert and the finance team. If the pricing had been presented a little more transparently upfront, this would have easily been a five-star experience. If I'm ever again in the market for a used car, will definitely give them a shot in the future.
