I worked with Action Litho to produce the seating chart and table names for my citrus themed wedding on 9/16. I actually waited until the last minute to produce my 24"x36" Seating chart poster. I didn't want to go with my normal printer that I use at work (I work in events, so i have a few) because the last few times the colors were off, and the other one had a really long leadtime. I took a chance and went with Action Litho (they're pretty close to my house), and boy, am I IMPRESSED! Timely production, excellent/Vivid color that's true to specification, professional packaging, and Warren even delivered it to my house. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! read more

Action Litho - My seating chart. In person this was even more beautifully printed. Thank you Warren! - Printing Services Near Me - Pleasanton, California

They did an amazing job for me on both of my books. I highly recommend them for superior service quality and amazing customer service.

Action Litho is a great small press! Warren has printed two books for me. The quality of his work is outstanding, especially the photographic reproductions in color, sepia tone and black and white. Action Litho has been a real treasure to find for an artist like me on a tight budget. I highly recommend Action Litho. read more

Efficient and quick! I asked Warren to make a same print for 1000 copies of 4x6 and they came out with really good quality! Everywhere else was quoting super high price with 2 day delivery time, didn't work for me since my partner had to fly with the post cards same day at night. Warren was able to get it done today. I contacted him around 8/9 AM, sent the prints at around 10 and was able to get the prints at EOD! read more

Appreciated the speedy service from the owner! Great looking books - good quality and neat!

I contacted Action Litho for printing and binding my PhD dissertation. They responded immediately and with a detailed plan of the process. What was very surprising was the low price. Marvelous service for the best price in the whole bay! My interactions with Action Litho were with the company owner and I can't be more satisfied of the service. Warren went above and beyond his duties and advised me in order to have the best service! He was able not only to print everything in the shortest amount of time but he also brought the printed and bound copies to my place. I strongly advise this service for any kind of printing you need. Contact the company and see it with your own eyes! read more

When I became a manager at our vet clinic, I was all gung ho looking to shake things up. I was looking for a new printing service thinking I would save the company money. After doing some research I realize that Action Litho offered the best service at a fair price. That was five years ago and have been using them ever since. I found Warren to be professional, efficient, friendly and responsive. To my surprised he hand delivered our forms which was a terrific time saver. He let me know when there was a deal on paper (saving me money) and threw in an occasional freebies even when I offered to pay. Another thing I appreciate is that Warren and Action Litho is a local small business which we always are glad to support. I would not hesitate to recommend Action Litho-Keeping in mind Warren is Action Litho. read more

I've been to a lot of printing places but I would have to say this place has the best quality in printing. Colors were on point and were perfect for my baby shower invitations. Furthermore, this place actually prints out white on colored paper too! So if you're looking to print white on colored envelopes for your event invitations, this is the place to go. Not a lot of places can do that. They also do books, posters, and other printing jobs. I highly recommend Action Litho if you want quality prints for your work as well as excellent customer service. read more

I just discovered Action Litho and I'm so glad I did. I am the Administrative Director of a local nonprofit, and Warren printed the items we need for our annual donation request mailing -- letters, postcards, legal envelopes, and donation envelopes. Not only was his quote the best around, the printing was done wildly fast, and perfectly. I could not be more pleased with Action Litho. Great printing, amazing price, brilliant customer service. read more

The best printing service I have ever received. I had to go shop to shop from Oakland to Hayward trying to print on my embossed paper, till I met Warren. Not only was he professional and exceeded my expectations, he was willing to throw in freebies to make my printing needs complete. Thank you so much Warren for the wonderful wedding present of a perfect print work you gave my wife and I. read more

As a buy local advocate, it's very important to me to find a local print shop to cater to my business needs. I have to admit, I've used companies like Vistaprint in the past to print my business cards and while its price is competitive, my business cards looked generic. I even paid extra to remove the vistaprint.com ad on the back but for some reason some of my business cards had them, some didn't and it was just too much of a hassle to get it fixed. One of my business partners discovered Action Litho. I'm glad to have ordered our business card through Warren (the owner) because he is the type of business owner that motivates me to keep supporting local businesses. He is professional and just a wonderful person to work with. He provided excellent customer service and was responsive to our questions. He also had great suggestions and took his time to make sure what he was creating for us is exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using Action Litho for future print jobs. read more

Remember the saying "do you want it fast or do you want it right?" Well in my world I want it boh FAST AND RIGHT! With Action Litho I get both, along with great customer care (notice I did not say customer service). Warren with Action Litho goes the extra MILES to make sure that you are satisfied. During the first project they we worked on with them, after the project was completed, I asked if they'd previously worked with our designer (which they hadn't). Because, there was such a high level of professionalism that the change from my old printing company (I'd give them one star) was seamless. Working for a nonprofit means always watching our dollars. With Action Litho I know that they are going to give me the best price out there. What I'm really impressed by is the way they make sure that things are done the most cost efficient way possible. if I have an idea of how something should be done. They will let me know if there is a cheaper way to do it that looks just as good. Even if it cuts down on they're bottom line. I'm kept informed of the progress of my project from beginning to end. There is no need for me to continually call asking "what's going on, when will it be done." If there is something about the job that's not understood, they take out the time to get it clarified. Action has produced and mailed, appeal letters, newsletters and event invitations without a hitch. I've been doing business with printing companies for over 25 years and this is the first one that I can say "once I put the project in they're hands I don't have to worry about it again." It's no doubt that we will be doing business for a very long time!! read more

I have to say Warren is the best! Let me break down my long story short. I came to his print shop for my portfolio book. The class has required a series of design to print for final. I was running late to print one week before it's due. I came to Warren, and he went over the printing details and requirements with me to make sure he can do the best print work for my final and on time. I received my stuff from him, I was so touched and happy, he helped me to make it on time before my final and to finish printing everything I had on the list. For example, portfolio book, resume, cover letters, thank you letters, postcard cards, etc. I don't know how much I can describe him as a best I've never seen. He has a belief in heart to help people, unlike other business only look for money. For a customer perspective, I would say we would pay what the work of quality is worth, but the feeling we received that is not only business but also received the warmth from the givers whoever is Warren. That's how we make this world warmer, is it? read more

Action Lithio is by far the best printer out there. I've worked in marketing for a number of different companies and had to "deal" with printers in all of them. When it comes to Warren (the owner) and Action Lithio, I never feel like I'm "dealing" with them, I feel like I'm partnering with them. Warren works with you one-on-one, he makes you feel like your his only client and his only concern. The work is professional, error free, and FAST. He will help you find the best options for your budget, without ever skimping on quality. You will also never hear things like "Oh, we only print in batches of 5,000", or "We don't do mailings," etc. In fact, I've never heard "no" from them, or "we don't do that." Plus, Warren is just a really nice guy. If you need a reason to "buy local" Action Lithio is it. read more

I have used Action Litho's service twice, once for my company's pamphlet, once for a NPO's magazine. I'm quite happy with them. Warren is very responsive, friendly, and he keeps his words. He delivers on time, quality is good. They don't have much choices on the types of paper you can choose from, but they tell you where you can buy the paper you want. So if you don't have special needs, they are a good choice. I would use them again. read more

Warren has been a pleasure to work with. He has gone above and beyond for us. We have used Action Litho for many years now. We have had the most beautiful programs and tickets for our graduation ceremony. Although I have the option to use someone closer to our location, in Pacifica, Ca., we will continue to use Action Litho. (Side note: Warren knows I can talk to him for hours.... has a great voice) read more

I work for an agency that needs to get a lot of book binding done. We used to have to do it ourselves and it would take countless hours. Warren and his professionalism has been life saving to say the least. Not only that but he goes out of his way to not only get everything done on time, but he also gives suggestions on how to improve the look and layout of our products. We're a nonprofit so our budget can be tight, but he helps us out by finding discounts. We've tried other services, but they either get it wrong or they literally want us to spoonfeed them everything, not with Action Litho, not only do they get it right, but they SEND A SAMPLE for us to look at before creating the whole thing. This is absolutely necessary because you don't want them to send you an order of 500 binders only to find that it's incorrect. Warren, you are a godsend! We always need to submit 3 quotes but I'll always fight for your services because of the work you do. Also! If you reach his voicemail, it says you've reached Warren G, that alone makes this review 6 stars. read more

I have been looking for a printing company for a while. There is a lot of them out there, but none of them treat you like a friend. Warren is a person I can count on to print at the quality I thought for the price wouldn't get, but every time I get my prints its more then I expected! He treats you like a friend and gives the best deals around. He even donated prints to our community event for our school. Action Litho is the best solution for your printing needs. I am a customer for life and can't wait till I can use Action Litho again! R&Dfotography@gmail.com read more

We found Action Litho by requesting a quote for a print job near Oakland. Warren got back quickly, was very communicative, gave a good price and got the job done overnight. If you need quality printing done fast, you can do no better than Action Litho. We needed a job done very quickly, and they handled it professionally and delivered the product to our location exactly when they said. In fact, they checked the file, saw that it needed some alterations, made the changes and then printed it. We ordered CD covers, which were also scored for easy folding. That is service. We will use them again and again! read more

My company uses Action Litho for all of our our printing needs. I totally agree with the reviews out there that Warren, the business owner, treats you like you are his only client. He is personable, professional and incredibly efficient. The material they produce is always perfect and excellent quality and the speed that they deliver this quality is outstanding! I would highly recommend Warren and Action Litho to anyone in the Bay Area looking for a printer. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Warren! read more

I needed to get new business cards and contacted several printing services in Hayward area, however Action Litho was probably had the best service, quick turnaround, and price as well. Warren was my initial point of contact, and he was very courteous and professional. His response was quick via email and over the phone. I've sent him an email of the several photos and design samples of the card. We communicated several times, agreed on final design and the cards were ready following day which was less than 24hrs. He even went further to improve on my initial design without charging me any fee. I wish all businesses follow his model which is to network i.e. remain or maintain 'relationship' with customers by treating them well and going little further to make them feel that they got a great deal and service. Anyhow, I will definately be referring him to all my contacts for business card and/or printing services. read more

If you want a value add partner, you should consider Warren and Action Litho. Our designer provided less than perfect files to Warren and he worked hard to make the files perfect. Even with the additional work they were able to deliver the mail on time and on budget. I would definitely use their services again. read more

Action Litho really deserves a million stars! I have been using Action Litho for a year now. Warren, the owner, is one of the kindest, patient, customer service oriented superstars I have done business with. His work is Flawless, Superior, and did I say, Amazing! My brand was developed by a national/international award winning graphic artist. I have to say, it would mean nothing if I didn't have a printer with an eye for detail and excellence like Warren. I referred him to a large charitable organization for children's hospital. Action Litho printed all their save-the-date & invitations. They were all blown away by Warren's customer service and outstanding work. I can't thank you enough, Warren, for all you've done for me!!!! read more

Warren is AMAZING!!! Lets see where do I start? I came to Warren with only a couple days notice of me needing some postcards of a huge event that was being put on. I spoke Warren and he was great, he told me to send the PDF file over and he would get them done right away. A few hours later, Warren called back to let me know that the PDF file I made on Photoshop was not close to being pixelated enough for the size of postcards I was requesting (Yes it was my 1st time using Photoshop, my fault :p ) However Warren was great, he offered to redo them at no charge!! The next day Warren called to let me know the postcards were ready and wanted to see if I wanted them delivered!!! Wow what great customer service!!!! I found him here on Yelp (and used the yelp coupon for aprox 50% off). I can't say enough great things about him. Warren is great, I highly recommend him, and will go back to him for ALL my printing needs!!! Thanks Warren!! read more

Working with Action Litho has been a wonderful experience. Warren has worked with me to design an absolutely stunning invitation for our fundraising Gala. This particular Gala celebrates the centennial of our cause. We wanted an invitation that would be the prelude to an especially noteworthy event. With Warren's guidance, we have definitely achieved our goal of creating an invitation that cannot be overlooked by our invitees. He is very professional, intuitive, and creative. Our invitation would never have been so beautiful without his guidance and support. He is very easy to communicate with and understands exactly what I want and need, and he has gotten the project done in a timely basis. Because we are a non-profit, Warren worked hard to keep our pricing as low as possible, yet fair. We will definitely work with Action Litho in the future, and will recommend him to anyone who has printing needs. read more
