When I picked up my dog, I immediately noticed a fresh wound on her neck underneath her collar -- a wound that was not mentioned to me at all. When I brought it up, two of staff acted confused and was told that the main girl who did the grooming informed me about it, which was not the case. Even when I received a call saying she was ready for pickup, I was told that her nail was chipped...but nothing about this wound. As a pet owner, transparency is the bare minimum. Accidents can happen, but hiding them or pretending they didn't occur is unacceptable. Instead of informing me so I could properly care for it. The lack of accountability, communication, and honesty is enough for me to not return. If they can't be upfront about something as important as an injury, I don't feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I hope they take responsibility and improve their practices, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

From the second we walked through the door, they treated us and our sweet dog with the utmost dignity, gentleness, and profound compassion. They did not rush us at all; instead, they gave us all the time and space we needed to say our final goodbyes, explaining the entire process with so much empathy and care. While our hearts are completely broken, we are endlessly grateful for the tenderness and kindness the staff showed during our baby's final moments. I wouldn't even consider this place a vet, more like a money making sceme and they know it. They just straight take advantage of people and their pet emergencies. Also, they take the upmost advantage knowing that they are the only business in the area that is open 24hrs. The prices are through the roof and won't even start any sort of treatment or care without payment. I even had insurance that covers accidents for my fur baby and they refused to acknowledge it. I have two dead cats because of these "vets" and they could care less. My first cat I brought in because he was acting funny, it was late about 2am. they said it was Parvo. I said I wanted to get a second opinion and that i need to go to protect my cats at home, just give me my cat back. well they sat me in a room , for over an hour, then vet came in and told me i she wont treat without payment and the parvo shpiel. I said just give me my cat back, waited another hour. then they brought him out to me with a bunch of shavings and IV wounds and while the nurse was handing him to me she handed me a bill. i didnt even look at it but said Im not going to pay for this, i didnt consent or sign anything. il send it to insurance in the morning and they threatened to call animal control on me for neglect and abuse.Well My cat later died that night from the does of poison they gave my cat for the euthenasia they charged me for come to find out. Last night a baby kitten got attacked by three german shepards so I rushed her over to their clinic. I relinquished her as a stray and they said have a nice day. I asked the lady up front how do they handle strays or unknown owner status pets? She told me they get a grant to run tests and treat the pet in emergancey situations then let animal control take over. Well I show up at the animal shelter and the cop told me the clinic sent zero paperwork and no tests were done on the poor baby and that if the owner claims the cat that the owner will pay for the vet bill.Im like what vet bills?! they didnt even do anything for the cat, she could be internally bleeding?! so everyone sucks and they are all just about the money. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL AND WILL OVER CHARGE AND UNDER SERVICE YOUR PET. THEY CALL THEMSELVES EMERGENCY BUT THEY DO THE BARE MINIMUM FOR THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.
