That said, after the initial email contact, I did request a callback because I wanted to talk to an actual person to make sure they were legit, and Ben called me back promptly. He is friendly and professional and took my concerns seriously while answering all my questions. I later realized that both Ben and Penny were on vacation, so were calling me from there, which I really appreciated and certainly wouldn't have expected, had I known they were taking some time away from the office. In my opinion, this really shows how dedicated they are to their business and helping their clients. A few days later, I had a very helpful phone call with Penni to discuss my particular case. I'm delighted to say she is also very friendly and an excellent communicator.
