Dan was on the delivery crew and made sure the printer was networked as I had ordered. This is the first convention (doing this for 20+ yrs) where the copier ran without incident or issue. About 98% of the business was done over email (since that was the best form of communication for me) and nothing was lost in translation. I worked with Rose and she was able to help me with exactly the style I was looking to accomplish. Everything was clear and prices were consistent with what their catalogs reflected. We placed an order of 18 tanks and then 1 more was added towards the end. Nothing was ever an issue, not even with the design I wanted or the individual nicknames I wanted on the back of each tank. The woman I worked with was cold and seemed painfully annoyed as I needed to print several items for an international visa. I was the only customer in the shop yet felt like I was the least important priority. She went even as far as to say "the guys in the back printing are getting very frustrated with the sizing of your item and are going to need to charge you more." It was a simple photo that could have easily been cut down to work properly. Instead, I sheepishly agreed to her idea of adding a white border on either left and right side of the photo, which would clearly make it look off, against my better judgment because I just wanted to get the hell out of there! It was a total waste of hours of my time and money, went all the way to the Embassy in DC and was told the photo's borders would make it against standard so my visa would need to be redone. Will not return.
