Honest with old fashioned integrity! Jay is the owner and technician. This is a small business not a giant company that is only in it for the money. He is passionate about service and integrity. A true expert as well as determined to find the issue and actually fix it. Our A/C was cooling intermittently. It's a very long story but I'll try to be brief. Last year our A/C wasn't cooling, it was doing this randomly. We called the first company to come out. He cleaned everything, charged the coolant, changed the filter and it worked for the rest of the season but he said he couldn't find the issue. If it persisted we needed a Bryant expert. So this year during that massive heat wave it started that again, I found a company called On Point came out. So called experts in Bryant. The tech was a very young guy, not that I'm an ageist but experience comes with years. After literally 15 mins he said it's too old and it needs to be replaced, there are no parts anymore and he can't find the issue. I believed him until I got the quote. You could buy a house somewhere in the Midwest for what they wanted. Stating we needed not only the unit but to modify pipes, pour a new pad, all kinds of new wiring, cut a hole in my plaster ceiling to accommodate the new coil on and on. It looked like a scam. Here comes the part about Jay. He had done work for me a few years ago with an issue I had with a wine cellar cooler and heat it was generating. He did an amazing job and so I called him. Not only did HE pick up the phone, but he had a break in his schedule and came out that afternoon. Not a week later, that day. Though that was lucky. He sourced the issue after really deep diving. Found a broken part, ordered it, yes it was available, two days later my A/C was fixed and is working perfectly for a fair price! He's honest, diligent and doesn't gouge because of your address. Not only that he's a really nice person! Thank you!!! read more

Jacob responded quickly and was able to come service our old wall heater. He explained everything to me, and answered all my pesky questions. Appreciate his straightforward way of communicating and everything has been working great since he came out! read more

Jacob is the best. Honest, reasonable, reliable and cares about his customers. He knows what he is doing, and I trust him. He has been out for regular Maintenace but this time my unit was going out. It was making loud noises and at times blowing out cold air. Jacob replaced my unit, and I am so happy! read more

Jacob was fantastic. Fast, curtious, responded to my initial request right away, set up a booking window for the very next day. These guys are great! We are at the fairgrounds in king city and our ac wouldn't work. With a hot weekend ahead and a giant oven in our concession trailer we definitely needed it up and running. Called these guys after 5pm and he was here the next morning at 9am and had it up and running in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price. 10/10! read more

Jacob and his brother, Zack, just left. I had contacted them for a maintenance call. The heater was working fine but I had never had the filter changed, etc. in the four years I had been here so I thought it was time to do that. They did an awesome job! They were fast and efficient. I had sent an email to them through Yelp and Jacob replied immediately and we set up an appointment for the next business day. They did a couple things that don't affect the maintenance of my heater but tell me a little bit about them personally. They both introduced themselves and shook my hand. They respected my request to wear masks. Jacob handed me his business card right at the door to identify themselves. They cleaned up when they were done and they polished my heater inside and out so it looks new and shiny. They also have a nice, clean vehicle. I realize these things may not be important to everyone, but to me, they tell me a lot about this business and how Jacob operates. I would certainly hire Acoustic Air again and will be referring my friends to this business. I had also asked about the cost of installing air conditioning and Jacob will be researching that for my particular system. I am very pleased with their performance and don't feel like I was ripped off with the charge for maintenance. read more

If you are reading reviews you are likely trying to find a good, honest, and knowledgeable service person. Look no further!! Jacob is the REAL DEAL! The first repair person said we needed to replace the furnace and wanted $7,500. We called Jacob based on these reviews. He showed up in 30 minutes, replaced the thermostat, and had the heat back in in 15 minutes. Solid guy!! read more

Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and honest. He showed up the first time to do an inspection of my 40 year old furnace and saved me $9000 another company wanted to charge to replace the furnace. He showed me what the real problem was (minor) and fixed it in minutes. He was going to charge me nothing!!! I paid his service fee anyway. Later I called to have a duct modified to supply a small office. He showed up on time, ready to work. He kept the work area clean, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. His work was impeccable and he came up with an innovative solution to an unforeseen problem by fabricating a piece of ducting to fit in a really tight spot. And he charged me the exact price he quoted!. I recommend Acoustic Air without reservation. read more
