With reserved enthusiasm, let me start by saying that Scott Grider is THE MAN!!!! We had a pin hole leak in our copper pipe above the water heater near the water circulator. The root cause of the leak was because the original plumber did not deburr the inside of the pipes (internal pipe burrs cause eddy currents inside the pipe which erode away the pipe). A typical first indication is a pin hole leak in the pipe. If you are fortunate, it will not be in the wall!!!!! In either case, Scott arrived promptly, triaged the situation, recommended a course of action, and repaired the piping. After my discussion with him, I also decided to remove the hot water circulator to reduce the future potential problems. With a fast repair complete, bonus news was the PRICE!!!!! Great price. I had to give him more to be able to look myself in the mirror after the great service, expert skill, and "Water-Heater Side Manner" (analogous to a doctor's bed side manner). Scott Grider is the best plumber in town! Our shower faucet leaked water that shot out from the faucet instead of the shower head when turned on. We needed a plumber asap, so I found Scott Grider's number online. He called back in 5 minutes when he just finished his previous job and was heading to the next. First he told me that due to his busy schedule, he would be able to do the job in a few days. However, when he learned that he was just one street away from our house, he was very flexible and decided to fix the faucet for me immediately. He showed up by our door in 1 minute and changed the new tub spout and shower head. Job was done in a matter of 5-10 minutes. No more water leaks from the faucet, and water ran smoothly from the shower head. This was the most efficient plumbing work I have ever experienced! Scott is very friendly and flexible.
