So I have decided to move on and thinking of going back to traditional tank water heater. So I ordered a new purifier for them on Amazon. But then it was surprisingly difficult to find someone to install it on short notice. Luckily I got Frank on the phone and he squeezed us in that week. I was at work while Frank worked at my parent's home and he kept me updated via text. During the job he found that the faucet was leaking slightly due to poor installation. Also, I knew ahead of time the piping was a mess so I was hoping he would recommend a redo, and he did. He took care of all three projects at a fair price, and even took care of a few knick knacks around the home as requested by my mom. I have not met him in person but my parents are happy with his work and the process went smoothly for me to manage long distance. Glad to have a go to plumber whose work and prices I can trust.
