I had a very unusual situation last year (yes, this review is way over due) where I needed an HVAC contractor who was knowledgable, honest, flexible and financially feasible. I was dealing with poor air quality/control and humidity issues. I was working with a specialized environmentalist from out state that needed very specific work done on my house. Most HVAC contractors would not want my job because it wasn't the "normal" day to day type of work (meaning they aren't flexible). However, Dave didn't bat an eye or shy away but instead took on the challenge. Dave is extremely knowledgable in his field but he was more than willing to learn more and go as my project progressed. There was no better man for the job! Dave spent many of his own hours researching the products needed and speaking with my out of state contractor. Full duct replacement under a Monterey residence. During the massive storm carnage it was realized there were problems with the heating. Dave at DB Heating Cooling was extremely responsive, inspected the 50-year-old duct system under my very wet house and with its very tight small crawl space and provided me with an estimate. I had two others but was very happy to have him do the work. He was highly recommended to me.
