They keep cost down. Instead of selling me a new control head, they rebuilt my existing one saving me nearly $1000. They installed a new iron filter tank and a new water softener tank. Upon installation of the new tanks, they corrected numerous discrepancies with the initial piping installation, which was installed by a different contractor. If quality parts and equipment are not available, they reschedule when the correct parts are readily on hand. They will not install substandard equipment. They work extremely well together and maximizing productivity. It was an honor to have them at my home. It is refreshing to see them possess and demonstrate the values that made this country great!!!
