I asked ChatGPT for the best company suited to my particular problem and Johnson Bros was the…read morerecommendation. My criteria was honest, competent, and fair prices. I feared a complicated drainage diagnosis and possibly a very expensive repair. I had already worked myself into believing this might involve cameras, locating equipment, drainage plans, excavation, and who knows what else. Jeremy took one look at the situation and said, essentially, "Nope." The problem was simple, and so was the solution. He explained that the pop-up drain was doing what it was designed to do, but the excess water had found an easier path underground, which also explained a soft depression nearby (this was causing a lot of soil erosion on my neighbor's property). He then spent a great deal of time walking me through the remedy: where to dig, how deep and wide to make the area, how to use gravel and plants, and how to install deeper edging so the water would disperse properly instead of gushing toward my neighbor's property. I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy answered every one patiently, then went over the plan a second and third time because I wanted to make sure I understood. He physically mapped everything out so I could clearly understand what needed to be done. There was no attempt to sell me camera diagnostics, unnecessary cleaning, excavation, or an expensive drainage system. He charged only the $79 trip fee and nothing more. That kind of honesty is increasingly rare. Jeremy could have turned my anxiety into a padded invoice, but instead gave me a practical, inexpensive solution and made certain I understood it before he left. This is exactly the kind of company people hope they are calling. I felt so relieved that I was prompted to reciprocate his honesty by writing this review.

Apparently AO Smith assembler does not know what torque wrenches are for or he was being ugly and decided to make a few peoples lives miserable. Even though the problem is an AOSmith problem they say I might have to pay a small sum to get the exchange water heater. So I have to pay for delivery of the old unit back to Lowes, delivery of replacement to my home, and then pay for installation.....How's that for a 6 year warranty?

We couldn't locate the shut-off at the street, and it was looking like we were about to flood our entire property (as also perhaps the entire neighborhood). One phone call had a technician at our house literally within 20 minutes. He could not have been more efficient and courteous about sourcing and fixing the problem in no time - even going so far as to shovel back a lot of the dirt that had been washed away at the site of the break. Once all was said and done, the cost was actually LESS than I was expecting it would be. Cannot thank them enough - I am grateful to now have a trusted 24-hour plumbing team at the ready!

I contacted Jerry at Flo Right via text and requested an estimate for the installation of 1 kitchen…read moreand 3 bath faucets. I had the fixtures. His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation
