On the other hand, the blonde female host gave us dirty looks, not saying a word and acting as if she wanted us to leave.  She even turned her back on us while we were trying to ask her questions about menu.  A restaurant's hospitality starts at the front door, and unfortunately this experience left a very negative impression before we were even seated. At that, the experience there was ruined from the moment we came in because of this one female host and the whole experience was a total disaster. Took it back home and set it on hot tub and it is the wrong size, straps in wrong location etc. Now mind you an employee input all dimensions etc based on the model description we gave him.....also purchased it there. Nothing on paperwork says no returns, but that seems to be their policy.......even when damaged and built wrong by their vendor! Go to Aqua Quip and save yourself a headache!
