From Lori R in sales (great follow up), Mike in Service (saved our project - our hero), Traci in Scheduling (nicest!!) and Paola and Steven in finishing, they all have been incredible. Steven and Paola are the hardest working team and did an outstanding job finishing off the doors and windows. I can't thank them enough. If you are on the fence about a door and window company, don't second guess, they are worth every penny you spend!

We were recommended Love That Door by our neighbor who had recently purchased a beautiful custom…read moredoor. We were told their doors and professionalism was top notch. It took about 5 months for our door to be completed and installed. The door is indeed beautiful but at the time of purchase, we were unsure between midnight or midnight with copper color (both included at no charge) and were told we could always add the copper after the door was installed at no charge when we could make a better decision. So after installation, we decided do a light copper edging. The painter was told not to do it and we were told there would be a charge but they did not know how much they'll charge. I tried reaching out by phone, email, and text. It has been about a month and still no response regarding finishing the door. Everything was great up to this point. I do not feel that I should be nickeled and dimed for something that was included at the time of purchase then ignored after making such a large purchase. Extremely disappointed.

Rhonda is easy to talk to & very down-to-earth. Dan and his install team work well together, and with only three of them, were able to do 13 windows (remove & install new) in one day. Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. I can't give enough praise in words to thank Rhonda and her team for the effortless transition from old, worn out, builder's grade windows, to the beautiful windows they installed.

Woodruff Windows recently replaced all the windows in our home with Pella Impervia fiberglass…read morewindows, and they turned what could have been an exhausting project into an easy, seamless experience. Before committing, I got a quote directly from Pella and wondered if upgrading to the Impervia line was worth the investment. Woodruff not only gave me a significantly better price on the exact same Pella Impervia windows, but they also included full-service touches that Pella's direct installers said they wouldn't do--like taking down and reinstalling our blinds and shutters, repairing pre-existing issues around the frames, and repainting the interior trim as needed. Seeing the finished result, I am thrilled we went with the Impervia windows and found an installer who could deliver them at a fair price. Going into installation day, I was nervous because the prep notes asked for 5 feet of clearance in front of every window, and we had several pieces of furniture that were simply too heavy for me to move. The Woodruff crew immediately put my mind at ease. They happily shifted the heavy furniture themselves, carefully covered and protected all of our belongings, and treated our home with total respect. While any major window replacement leaves a little bit of dust behind, their crew did a far better job of cleaning up after themselves than any other remodeling contractor we've ever worked with. From start to finish, Woodruff took care of every worry we had, and the new windows look incredible. If you want top-tier windows, meticulous trim work, and a crew that goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Woodruff Windows enough!

Special shout out and thanks to the team who actually installed the windows yesterday. They were really quite impressive individually and as a team. They were quite masterful in their work and were respectful, courteous, kind, efficient and immaculately clean. They left virtually no trace of themselves at the end of their work day - except of course for a lasting impression and fourteen beautiful Pella windows they installed.
