I visited in early April with my heels on a Friday and I had the option to pick them up the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Evelyn was excellent from the start, she gave advice for everything from walking down the isle, to what to have the day of in case of emergency's. It's so convenient to be able drop off and pick up stuff when you go to the grocery store. They are really reasonable on alterations, and do anything from a simple hem and sewing on buttons, to complex things like cutting down a dress. Such a brilliant and timesaving idea!
