I'd been in the shopping center where this ship is located a few times and noticed it on my last trip to Trader Joe's. I'm so glad I found this place. I visited in early April with my heels on a Friday and I had the option to pick them up the following Tuesday or Wednesday. The repair only cost $13 and the couple running the business were very nice. I even was able to purchase a brush for my Ugg's. I definitely will return when I need future repairs!

Trinh's great! I've gone to see her twice for short-notice tailoring…read more The first time was for a suit w/ pants and a shirt; I'm a shorter guy, so I had to buy everything a size larger and get it tailored down to fit. She had everything looking perfect in two weeks! The second time I went to see Trinh was for a shirt that I had assumed wouldn't fit based on past experiences at clothing stores. We tried it on, and she told me straight away that it fit about perfectly and we wouldn't need to do anything. We had a nice chat and I went on my way.
