They keep mailing my elderly parents genetic tests and Covid tests that were not requested. I assume it is some kind of scam.

We're not talking about complex laps, but basic metabolic profile or thyroid levels. They stay quite busy, but as long as you make an appointment, they generally see you within 15 minutes of that appointment time. They seriously need to fix the issue as to why it is taking so long to get lab results back and often they don't post in your patient portal either without you having to call. If this trend continues, I will be forced to use a different lab.

I then waited in my car per the check-in instructions. 30 minutes later, 15 minutes past my appointment, I decided to go inside for an update on the wait time. The waiting room was packed. I explained to the girl at the desk my situation, and patiently asked for an update. After a couple of minutes, she instructed me to come to the back, where she drew my blood. Initially, I was impressed, because while the check-in system seemed to not work well, I was glad they were able to get me taken care of. She drew my blood without much ado, and I was on my way. It didn't hurt much at the time she took it, but then the area where she took my blood proceeded to bruise up, and my whole arm hurt any time I bent my elbow or something touched the site. I later learned from nurse friend that this is caused by injury to the vein, which has never has happened to me before at their main competitor. A week later, the bruising and pain are subsiding. I don't blame the phlebotomist, as she was very friendly, and I see her as being rushed because there was not enough help, which I ultimately blame on a company for not paying well enough to attract enough people to work there. The pro was that results were fast and easy to access, but after my vein was injured due to rushed staff, I will never be returning.

Use the appointment app on phone and had made my appointment 2 weeks in advance…read more Appointment was for 9:20 and as I pulled into the parking lot I checked in using a text message Quest sent me. That was my check in , easy peasy!! The waiting room was clean, organized and they had an electric board up in the waiting room to show what place you are in line for the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist was kind and caring. She engaged in small talk. She confirmed my insurance and identification. She was very professional and courteous to my needs. Was a great experience as there was no pain or discomfort from the blood withdrawal. Close to home and in and out without an issue. I hope to use this location more often.

I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time. The office was extremely clean and well maintained. I am EXTREMELY scared of needles. It took me years of gathering courage to make this appointment. I let the woman at the desk know that I am very nervous and will likely pass out. She said that's okay you'll be able to lay down. Kenya was the one who took my blood and she walked me to a back room. I was able to lay flat and the curtain was closed so it was calm lighting. Kenya was extremely understanding, compassionate, and patient. She did a fantastic job! Very little pain and even kept some small talk going to make sure I stayed calm. She let me lay there as long as I needed afterwards and I didn't feel rushed at all. Upon walking out, everyone congratulated me for doing it! I felt so supported and their kindness meant a lot. Overall, a really great experience and it's worth making an appointment beforehand so you can be seen quickly.

I was able to get an appointment within a few days, they gave me an estimate of the cost over the phone. I won't know for a while if it was accurate or not (which makes me nervous, so I'll have to do an update on that when the bill comes through). The down-side is that it is billed as a hospital x-ray, so it will be more expensive, but the estimate was $59 and I can live with that, about $19 more than the price quoted at the out-patient radiology place. Given that this would allow my doctor easy access to the films I guess that will be worth the $19, as long as the estimate was accurate. The building was fairly easy to find, but watch out for the parking lot, the driveway is deceiving. Pull into the second drive even if it looks like it is the wrong one. I got stumped on where to park. The entrance is down some stairs and the entrance isn't very well-marked, but I figured it out. Once I got inside I got signed in and taken back right away, no waiting so that was great. The whole process only took a few minutes and I was on my way. So, a good experience all the way around. I recommend them. The front lobby looked clean and presentable. Nothing fancy, but nice. The person at the desk was pleasant.
