Waited till I was 34 weeks to refer me to the doctor i actually needed... Never got in touch with me about important details that I didn't know about was never there when I was supposed to see her.. I had to have attitude to even speak with her it's like they don't care about your health or concerns. The doctor didn't even know if we had met already. So I recommend a different ob office before deciding with them for the safety of you and your baby! The ultrasound tech is very professional and was very nice I liked him. But if you want your care team to actually be concerned for you don't go to this office for pregnancy care.

We were patients for almost 4 years…read more When we came for a sick visit we saw the only practitioner there who is a NP, believing the office was still in network. We had seen them in January with no issues! The main and only doctor there,, Dr. Y has left the practice although he's listed on the website. No communication to their patients about him leaving. We were only told about it when we asked about the bill we received. There was no mention of the PNP who she saw when making the appointment of not accepting this major insurance when we visited. We are now saddled with $275 bill. Staff was super rude and brushed us off. Told us to speak to our insurance company about it and proceeded to interact with other people in the background and ignore me on the phone. Avoid at all costs! Literally.

It was a little awkward getting my daughter's well visit at 12 years old, done by a male doctor,…read morebut he's a pediatric endocrinologist! How often does that kind of specialty get seen in a regular pediatric office? So there is a lot of expertise here. I LOVE Dr. Cooper. I love her pro-girl perspective on life and her calm, "no-nonsense" personality with my tween/teenage kids. She's truly why I come, and that's why I trust her judgment when she brings a male doctor to the pediatric team (as I usually prefer women). They pay attention to all details, so if you are looking for barebones care, be prepared to say no to a lot of their offerings for extra vaccinations or follow-up visits for areas of concern. I'd much rather say no than say I didn't know. Consequently, their appointments will run a little bit over. Today I came to an 830 appointment and left at 10 o'clock. I love this team's bedside manner. My children enjoy their company and they are made to feel very comfortable here.

Im going to start off by mentioning that my family has been going to this practice for the last 4…read moreyears since my firstborn and we have been happy with them until today. The experience that we had today was honestly very suprising and very disturbing. I have never had such a disturbing experience before in a medical practice. the medical assistant was very unprofessional and was clearly frustrated that we were unhappy with the fact that what we came in to be seen for they did not have in stock. we drive an hour to this practice to be seen and another hour to go back home. imagine doing that commute to be told we drove up there for no reason. we speak to the doctor to find out that was not the case at and we could very much still do what we came for. after that unpleasent experience with the MA, at check out my wife talks to the front desk about future appointments and she inquires about the Medical assistant first name so in the future we know who to avoid in order to avoid issues. the front desk explains that we cant really choose who sees us that we can send a message to the doctor, in which we explain our concerns as to why we would like to avoid this individual moving forward since she did not want to provide the name.In turn the front desk personnel replies with " Please just go" completely and utterly disregarding our concerns. granted to say we will not be returning as this brings us concerns as to how staff members actually care for their patients. to the front desk person keep in mind you are the face of the practice. not the doctor or the assistants. you are the first individual people look at to gain the trust of the practice. you are the very first and last representation of the practice when a patient visits.
