On the…read morelast blood work done there on August 8th, 2024 my husband and I received a bill from our insurance company from stating they received bills from Rmpire City Laboratory instead of St. Johns Biomedical Laboratory. Apparently St. Johns Biomedical dropped our Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and sent our bloodwork out to another lab. Now, it looks like we will have to pay over $300.00 for the tests.

The people here are FANTASTIC! From making an appointment, to check in procedure, to wait time, to actual procedure everyone is professional, efficient and thorough. I can't say enough great things about them. They also have offices in Palm Coast, Port Orange and Deltona. I moved to Jacksonville in April and when it came time for my mammogram I researched everywhere in Jacksonville on my insurance plan. When it came right down to it I decided to make the trip to St Augustine. I based this decision on reviews I read regarding Jacksonville facilities, I knew Radiology Associates Imaging of St Augustine would do the best job for me, that they would take less time to check in, and that the technicians and radiologists were exemplary in the work they would do. They also have a state-of-the art 3D Mammography. Makes the whole process a dream! They are definitely "worth the trip"!
