When we first entered facility, there were two Glazed glass windows, not open with no one to assist, or welcome you? There was a QR code on window that you are instructed to use to check in, once we scanned the code, we were asked questions about our child check in and could not move forward with process? What child?? Went back to windows, could see folks behind window, we tapped on window, no help? We tried again with QR code, same result. Wraped on window no help. Very frustrating, left and went accross the street to different Reabilitation facility and they welcomed our business. Very disappointing as my wife has used Brooks in the past.

Our scenario was complex with an underage minor leaving to college early and needing a transfer with crummy insurance. The receptionist was well informed and patience... super patient. The OT was great too... definitely recommend. Was worth the 40 minute drive we had to 'make insurance work'
