Front reception was excellent. Every dr office I've been in for the past year has horrible front office personal... Kudos to Brooks for hiring awesome people. Our scenario was complex with an underage minor leaving to college early and needing a transfer with crummy insurance. The receptionist was well informed and patience... super patient.
