Top quality care and kindness by Dr. and Avalon. No waiting for appointment, blood work done on site.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaluza and staff! Been going to Southlake for years and haven't meet a more caring Dr. along with her staff.

Zero stars if that were possible…read more Our appointment was scheduled for 2:55 PM, and my son was only called at 3:51 PM and now almost one hour late. During this time, two other families who arrived after us and had later appointment times were seen before us, with no explanation at all. Beyond the excessive wait, the customer service is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, barely communicates, and refuses to explain what is going on. No apologies, no transparency, no respect for our time. This is a pediatric office : parents and children deserve patience, organization, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location delivers none of that. Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place.

I'm obviously shocked by this. I say "excuse me" I can see through the opening in the door there is clearly a patient and her mother talking to the receptionist. the staff working says while clinging onto the door "we are still on lunch we will unlock the door at 2". and closed the door on me. OK COOL! I'm done!

If you like your physician/PA to be kind, patient, knowledgeable, care about and respect you, DO…read moreNOT go to Dr. Ross Osborne or PA Nathan Adams at the Center for Health & Sports Medicine. After numerous incidents which ranged from losing 25 years worth of my medical records from my Dr. in another state & not offering to get them from that Dr. again, not paying attention to things I said about my health, not being thorough, having rude office staff, talking down to me, and so much more, I finally left the practice and I am so glad I did. I found another practice that is fabulous and puts Osborn/Adams to shame. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was being 10 minutes late for an appointment and having the receptionist tell me that Adams wouldn't see me because I was late. He didn't care that it takes me 45 minutes to get to the office over roads that are known for traffic. Nor did he care that I apologized and explained that the 10-minute delay was due to construction traffic that I couldn't go around. No decent person, especially someone in the medical field would refuse to see a patient because they are 10 minutes late. Of course, if I had to wait in their office for 10 minutes, that's fine with them. Ironically, just a couple of weeks after I left, I was getting numerous phone calls and emails to inform me that the practice was changing to concierge medicine and they were giving me a chance to get in on that first. HILARIOUS!!! For those who don't know, concierge medicine means you pay the Dr. a hefty fee, over $1000 PER YEAR just to have the "privilege" of being their patient. That fee does not go towards office visits or anything else. You're just buying your way to keep seeing your Dr. Good luck with that Osborn, can't imagine why anyone would pay to let you be their doctor especially when no other physician in the area takes part in concierge medicine.

Dr. Osborn is the worst doctor I have ever had! I don't even know where to begin. He doesn't get…read moreback to you for days, even with having the MDVIP concierge service, I had to leave messages multiple times to get a response on several different occasions. When he does finally get back to you, he is always short and acts like you are an annoyance to him. He prescribed a medicine I was already taking, which showed me he didn't even look at my chart to see what prescriptions I was on before he called me back. I showed up for an appointment he made for me only to find the St. Augustine office closed, and the main office had no record I was even supposed to be there. When he does see you in the office, he is always distracted, stepping out multiple times in the middle of your appointment, to take phone calls and talk to people. He is spread way too thin between two separate offices, and it shows. He brags about how many patients he has, but sadly can't remember your name. The list goes on and on. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt in this case, I had no choice.

I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location…read moremore times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test. Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually. Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email. Pros: -Easy process to follow -Ability to make an online appt -Helpful staff -Never have to leave your car Cons: -COVID Tips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.
