They completely missed an autoimmune disease. Instead of referring me to a specialist for a proper treatment plan, they over-prescribed long-term steroids, causing unnecessary harm, then referred me to a rheumatologist. Following an emergency hospital admission, I spent four months with an unknown diagnosis, managing a PICC line for IV antibiotics. While the specialists were determining the cause, the support from Dr. Osborn's staff was non-existent. I felt completely abandoned during a critical health crisis. A serious infection requires proactive care, not added stress from a dysfunctional office staff. While I continued to see the surgeon and infectious disease team, the logistical support from this specific practice was unacceptable. They failed to diagnose a serious heart condition. It was only caught at a hospital during a failed pre-surgery screening. Even after the student intern later noticed the issue, PA Nathan Adams never officially noted the diagnosis or educated me on it. During my final appointment, PA Nathan Adams became hostile, threatened to halt the visit, and stated I was no longer welcome at the practice. They failed to provide the legally required formal documentation releasing me as a patient, violating medical abandonment protocols. I was still receiving autogenerated messages reminding to make wellness visits until I unsubscribed and changed my number. Thanks to my new medical team out of state, my symptoms are finally controlled with correct medications. Finding a competent team made me realize how severely negligent this practice was. Avoid PA Nathan Adams and Dr. Osborn if you require accurate diagnoses and safe, ethical care.

Dr. Osborn is the worst doctor I have ever had! I don't even know where to begin. He doesn't get…read moreback to you for days, even with having the MDVIP concierge service, I had to leave messages multiple times to get a response on several different occasions. When he does finally get back to you, he is always short and acts like you are an annoyance to him. He prescribed a medicine I was already taking, which showed me he didn't even look at my chart to see what prescriptions I was on before he called me back. I showed up for an appointment he made for me only to find the St. Augustine office closed, and the main office had no record I was even supposed to be there. When he does see you in the office, he is always distracted, stepping out multiple times in the middle of your appointment, to take phone calls and talk to people. He is spread way too thin between two separate offices, and it shows. He brags about how many patients he has, but sadly can't remember your name. The list goes on and on. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt in this case, I had no choice.

Zero stars if that were possible…read more Our appointment was scheduled for 2:55 PM, and my son was only called at 3:51 PM and now almost one hour late. During this time, two other families who arrived after us and had later appointment times were seen before us, with no explanation at all. Beyond the excessive wait, the customer service is terrible. The staff is unfriendly, barely communicates, and refuses to explain what is going on. No apologies, no transparency, no respect for our time. This is a pediatric office : parents and children deserve patience, organization, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this location delivers none of that. Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place.

I rarely leave reviews. everytime we need something we have to jump through hoops. they don't want…read moreto help. they take 2 hour lunches where they won't help at all during those hours. i have to wait a minimum of 45 minutes after my kids appointment times to even get called back. then we wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor! its consistently so bad that I'm hesitant to believe anyone that left a 5star review. what just sparked this review as the final straw was just now I go to grab the state required immunization form for my children at 1:30pm. im walking up to the door as the staff is unlocking the door (I'm assuming coming back from lunch) I go to step in the office and she turns around to close the door on me. I'm obviously shocked by this. I say "excuse me" I can see through the opening in the door there is clearly a patient and her mother talking to the receptionist. the staff working says while clinging onto the door "we are still on lunch we will unlock the door at 2". and closed the door on me. OK COOL! I'm done!
