This LabCorp was the worst healthcare facility I have ever gone to. No smiles, no hellos a pissed off phlebotomist, and the most painful blood draw I've ever had. I have health conditions that require labs on a regular basis and normally they never hurt. My arm hurt for two days. It seems the people working at this LabCorp don't like their jobs. And my take on that is if you don't like your job quit and go somewhere else where you'll be happy. read more

The labcorp at this location has the rudest front desk staff. I would highly recommend finding a different place to go if you need blood work..etc. Tammie or Tam whatever her name is, has the nastiest attitude with all the patients. She is verbally abusive to all the patients. An elderly man had trouble signing into the kiosk and she yelled at him saying "I know you heard me!" she is NOT fit to be in customer service and give Labcorp a very bad rep. Love this lab! I've been taking my family members here for years! Make an appointment online so you're not waiting until there is an opening. And the phlebotomists are efficient and know their stuff. They even play relaxing golden oldies music. read more

I'm giving this office this rating bc I want everyone to know that Tam C. is always very helpful and she is so wonderful with my daughter.. it's not easy drawing blood on my daughter bc she has autism..Tam said "don't worry, I got you".. she was able to get it done and was so quick.. my daughter didn't flinch.. thank you to all of the staff.. you deserve praise!!! read more

I took a chance after reading previous reviews. Both women at reception were nice and helpful. Megan took care of me and she was professional and pleasant. The phelbotomist was efficient but curt. She seemed to not like her job. I could understand why she could merit a bad review. I was in and out in 15 minutes. read more

I have been going to Lab Corp in Palm Coast for years. They are very fast and accurate bunch of ladies. Wanda is a magnificent manager, and her associates Anna and Megan are so friendly and there to help. I always make an appointment on line and the service is very fast. I trust these ladies 100%. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE GO TO ANOTHER OFFICE...THIS PALM COAST FL OFFICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE ...1st time waited 25 min I was the ONLY one in the office just before closing....today July 28.2014 I have been sitting here for over an hour for fasting blood work...I have another Dr Apps... They do not move they are slow as snails 1 woman all she does is talk on her cell phone and sit at the front desk I know she draws blood because she threw it on me once before a little girl came into the office got so upset and throw up all over the floor not one person who works and when to clean it up I went in the back and ask them for paper towel to cover so nobody else have to step on it or see that...so total time in office 1 hour and 55 mins for 2 rubes and yes I was late for next dr appt. ...will go to another LabCorp next time read more

Do Not go here! Staff is rude and doesn't want to do their job. Receptionist refused to take me as a client stating that Labcorp didn't take my insurance. Even after I assured her I would self pay and asked to have the labs drawn anyway, the receptionist refused and spoke to me rudely. Unless you enjoy wasting your time and being spoken to like a small child, don't go here. read more

The "ladies" here are rude and unprofessional. Don't go here if you wish to be treated with any respect or dignity.

My advice is to AVOID labcorp, NEVER CALL IN as the desk personnel are not helpful. Just use their archaic, cumbersome website to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT SEVERAL DAYS EARLY, and TAKE HANDWIPES WITH YOU! I called a little after 7am to make an appointment and was told "we don't make appointments, but we take walk-ins". I guess she has a unique sense of humor. She was right - SHE wouldn't make an appointment for me - because they only accept appointments on-line. Guess it was funny to tell me they take walk-ins as if no appointment was needed! Seems more like a LIE to me. YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT - but it can only be made on-line, using their archaic software. They do take walk-ins - but you have to wait forever, so all the people with appointments made on-line can be seen. So I sat, with nothing to do for over an hour while those with appointments were seen. Finally I was called and the lady at the desk told me I could not take my purse in with me, as it would not fit in the lockbox. This was another LIE. My purse is small (flat, 8 x 10 inches) and less than 1/2 the size of the actual lock box. So I had to go out to my car - where people were milling about, waiting, and could watch me as I placed my purse in my car - like I was just inviting someone to steal it! Finally, I got called and was told to pee in a cup - no big deal, but the tech taped the faucet up and told me I could not wash my hands afterward and could only use a couple sheets of toilet paper. So, since I am not a pee-in-the-cup expert, I got pee on my hands. The tech said I could use their hand sanitizer, but I am allergic to it, so I got to sit with "pee hands' while the tech keyed info into the computer, printed forms, and filled them out. No offer was made to let me wash up until she was done. read more
