After asking very simple questions about the cancellation, the rude lady (who is obviously very comfortable in her current job) decided she didn't want to fix the mistake they made, started exaggerating her breathing, became very short and hung up on my wife. What kind of customer service is that?!! You don't cancel appointments without speaking to the patient....Period!!! Whoever this rude lady is, needs a good lesson that she's replaceable. Start treating your patient with respect!
