On Saturday the employees refused to take the specimen without an appointment. They wanted me to sit in the lobby for 3 hours before they would accept it. There was no reason for me to be present during the testing. They could have taken the bag and refrigerated it until they had time to test the poop. I threw the bag through the doorway into the hallway of rooms and left after 45 minutes. The girl said she was going to throw it away even though all the necessary information and doctors orders were in the bag. I will never go back to Quest again. Not patient friendly.
