He listens and asks all the right questions, never in a rush and explains everything thoroughly. He explains how he reached his conclusions and provides a detail outline of several optional treatments. Definitely time well spent, seeing him. Also offers virtual consultations, if you opt to do so. One more thing I like about him? Doesnt send you to a lot of unnecessary test. I consider myself fortunate to be his patient.

I have ALWAYS gotten the most CARING, COMPASSIONATE, and PROFESSIONAL medical attention from Dr. Carol and Dr. Luther, as well as Nurse Kristi. My favorite thing about this doctors office is that these are two doctors who truly CARE about all their patients, and they do everything they can to make sure you are getting the best medical care possible. A husband and wife team running this practice helps fill it with love and heart, keeping the family in "family practice". This practice IS very busy, because they are so good that they keep a lot of loyal patients, and I have never had a rushed interaction when being seen in a room by the doctor. When patients are asked "why are you here today?", it is actually a standard question every doctor SHOULD be asking, designed to VERIFY why you are being seen that day, as well as make sure you have no new additional medical complaints. My wife and I plan to be patients here for the rest of our lives as we LOVE our Doctors!.

The receptionist in Port Orange shrugged her shoulders and gave me a look like she was disgusted when I tried to explain to her that I couldn't make it to Ormond in time for the appointment. They would not reschedule the appointment. I waited months for literally nothing. I could have booked with a different provider and have care established. My advice is to find another provider and skip this office.
