I don't have insurance the 8 tests / labs would've costed me $1900 - Through quest. I go to a third-party online site to order the same labs to bring back to quest to get blood drawn cost me $200. This is disgusting. America needs to do better read more

If you're coming for bloodwork as a former opiate addict, proceed with caution. They had to wait for a specific nurse to be done with a patient to be able to take my blood. It took entirely way too long all because they wanted to act like it was the end of the world that I was there. Besides that, the place is just plain creepy and they treat patients like it's a deli counter. And now I have a HUGE bruise on my arm. Thanks! read more

Went for a drug test in order to volunteer for hospice. The woman was the most unsterile person I have ever met. She wore the same plastic gloves after handling a urine specimen to handing me a pen to sign and gave me a dirty look when I washed my hands a second time after using the pen. She held on to my driver's license during the entire procedure and had to clean my license, etc. since she never took off the bacteria covered gloves. I will never return to this facility again. read more

NEVER BOOK AN APPOINTMENT - BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT KEEP IT! I sat there for 45 minutes, even though I had already pre-booked. When I finally got into the room and sat down - she took a STOOL SAMPLE from another patient while I waited in the chair. Then she tells me that they were short staffed and that if I did not like the wait, I could "GO TO LAB CORP OR AMERI CORP OR ANY OTHER LAB BESIDES QUEST". Nothing says a true professional - when you send your customers to others because you cannot provide ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE in a timely and professional manner. THEN she wiggled the needle around inside my arm - PURPOSELY CAUSING PAIN AND BRUISING. DO NOT GO HERE - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND ABUSED. FIRE them all - replace them with people who actually care about the patients and want to provide a professional level, quality service to the public. IF NOT - then go work for a fast food restaurant. read more

How can it take over a week to get basic lab results? Just standard tests, nothing that had to be done at an outside lab. even with appointments they are always behind. the lab tech came to call me with gloves on, did the computer stuff, drew labs, then followed me to the door and called the next person with same gloves on. read more

I made an appointment six weeks ago. When I arrived at Quest, they said I did not have an appointment and that I would have to wait three hours to get my test. Their web site for making appointments is horrible and inaccurate. When I tried to check my appointment the night before, I ended up at a Quest office in South America. I have used computers my whole working career and I never seen such a technology mess as at Quest Diagnostics. read more

I was extremely annoyed as when I checked in for my scheduled appointment that was in 5 minutes it said 50 minute wait time. But really needed blood work done, so stayed. In less than 5 minutes I was called, technician drew blood and I was out the door. I questioned the computer wait time and she told me it goes by number of people signed in but if you have an appointment you go to the top of the list. They really need that info displayed somewhere - I almost left. This lab is very clean and technicians friendly and professional. read more

I had an appointment and I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that the wait was over an hour. That's not what bothered me, even though it should have, what bothered me was the employer jerk who rudely told me that they are they are doing they best they can. It wasn't what he said is how he said it. Now mind you I was telling the little old man standing next to me about the wait time. This employee jumps out of nowhere and snaps at me, then I tell him my appointment time is in ten minutes. He then proceeds to tell me that he can argue with me all day, then swore and threw his gloves in the trash bin. Never again will I go to quest again! read more

I have always gone here for my annual blood draw. This year I got stuck with the new tech and I really mean stuck! My arm is black and blue. My Mom had a bad experience with the same tech. She could not find a vein and had to call another tech to finish the job. Some people just don't have the skills necessary for this type of work. SHE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB! read more

Very clean! Friendly staff! They get you in and out very quickly and that is a huge plus! Probably the best Quest that I have been to in this state. I prefer to get there 1st thing in the morning. Especially, if I have to fast. I do like that you can make an appointment online. Very convenient! read more

Poorly managed facility. I needed to complete a test at home so they sent me home with a kit plus instructions. When I got home, I realized that they gave me three completely different sets of instructions. I tried calling to get further clarification but the Quest phone system would not allow me to reach a live person. I had to drive back to the facility to get direction on how to perform this test. When I arrived and explained my confusion, they looked up my test and gave me a completely different set of instructions from what they originally provided. They told me to drop off the test when completed. I arrived the next morning to drop my test results and waited 10 mins at the counter before someone would speak to me. They told me that I had to sign in and wait to be called. There were approx 25 people ahead of me. I told them I could not wait as I had another appt. Who knew you would have to wait in a long queue just to drop off a sample. And I heard them mention to another customer that they had a staff of 5 people working that day. Plenty of staff but the weren't working very efficiently. I would try another Quest location in hopes of getting more professional service. read more
