Labcorp at Walgreens, Newberry Road, Gainesville…read more Went in for routine blood draw for annual levels check (CBC, lipid panel, etc). The lab tech called me back at my precise appointment time. She was very organized and very efficient. She was also very polite and obviously has strong work ethic. Her phlebotomy skill is honestly unmatched in all of my decades of experiences having blood drawn. There is absolutely no trace of the puncture nor any bruising whatsoever. This is a first for me. The entire blood draw from entry to the room to exit from the room was only a few short minutes. Exceptional service.

Avoid labcorp, all locations like the plague in my opinion, I had been using them for like 20…read moreyears, mainly because that was what my insurance would pay for. One time like 10 years ago I signed up for one of those cheap worthless insurance policies that was to include a yearly exam basic lab test, routine test for like mammograms, bone density, and blood tests. No it did not. The hospital could not fill out the forms correctly and refused to refile. So yes never use Shand either. Shands will no longer accept medicare or medicaid so guess you must pay to to receive substandard care, so good luck with that one. Fast forward 10 years, February 24th 2025 went in to get stuck-I hate getting stuck . Labcorp waited 6 months before even telling me there was a problem, yelled in my face that this bill was due immediately when I was told and demanded full price, Not what medicare would pay? I would most likely have paid that. $25 dollars vs $204? Whose is doing the coding? I see my Doctor's orders, it says; THS bmi less than 18.5. Those are the ones I take to Labcorp?

Check-ins are now done on two tablets, so the process is very streamlined. Once you're checked-in, your initials appear on the TV with an approximate wait time. Super nice! My only complaint is that if you call, they never answer the phone. So, if you wanted to confirm that they are open/not busy, you can't. (-0.5 stars)

Horrible workers do not waste your time going to this lab Corp you will regret it.
