She was very organized and very efficient. She was also very polite and obviously has strong work ethic. Her phlebotomy skill is honestly unmatched in all of my decades of experiences having blood drawn. There is absolutely no trace of the puncture nor any bruising whatsoever. This is a first for me. The entire blood draw from entry to the room to exit from the room was only a few short minutes. Exceptional service.

The doctor immediately jumped to insisting I was the problem instead of the referral who made it very clear she had no clue what she was doing (she told me she never handled clients for my reason of referral and kept leaving to consult another doctor)... It's been my experience that the doctors of this office are assumptive, judgmental, and aren't fully concerned with the wellbeing of their patients...

The hospital consists of several buildings that deal with different health conditions. This particular location houses Neuromedicine outpatient care along with heart and vascular. There is ample free parking, a nice coffee stand on the 1st floor and a cafe on the 3rd floor. There are lots of areas outdoors to sit on a nice day and just reflect. We will continue to come here for our medical needs

Three weeks ago my blood pressure meds were about to run out and my last doctor had retired so I needed a new prescription. Palms like others uses a portal to communicate. So I went on the portal and wrote a detailed message about how my meds were running out and asked what did I need to do to get a new prescription-did I need blood work, did I need an office visit? Nothing, no reply. So 3 days later I start calling the office at 11:30 am. Had to leave a VM. Left a detailed VM and no one called me back until 4:50 pm office closes at 5 pm. Nurse that called me back starts with "Well I see you have not been in since Dec 2025, I said NO I have been there at least 4 times in 2026. When I told her what I needed she said "oh you need to talk to scheduling-click-transfers me to scheduling that said the same thing, "well you have not been here since Dec 2025" I said NO. She asked what kind of appointment I needed and I told her I did not know that the nurse transferred me without discussing anything, she said well I need to know that. It was now after 5 pm and the office was close. Instead of leaving another VM and waiting 8 hours for an answer the next morning I had to drive to the office (because they can't seem to respond to the high dollar portal they have set up) an told the office manager all of this, she made me an appointment 2 wks out for a physical which I am guessing included blood work. Today after answering at least FOUR text messages starting a week ago reminding me to show up at 8:30 for my appointment today I go to the office arriving at 8:02 for my 8:20 appointment. After sitting in the exam room from 8:20 until 9 AM I left a written note and got up and left. As I was walking out the hall to leave the PA called out to me and I told her I just sat in there for FORTY MINUTES waiting on her and was now leaving as it appears my time is NOT as valuable as her time. Going to my insurance company today to find another primary care doctor. This is at least the second time they never check the messages I send them thru the portal.

Dr Haines always adjusts me , & I always feel so much better after going in. Great price. He used a clicker & does adjusting manually... I like both. I would suggest to anyone with back or neck problems. They have beds that massage u, & the massage is wonderful. I wish I could purchase one for my home to use every day. On top of that, they both really care about you & getting you better. My insurance covers most of it, so it's wonderfully affordable. I'm going in today & am excited, seeing as my first adjustment in years, on Monday-2 days ago-, really helped. I think my hip already popped back in place partly. I've been to a few chiropractor, & would suggest Dr Haines & his wife, Denise, over anyone else. (Lin & Lee do excellent massage in the same building, as well.)
