She was very organized and very efficient. She was also very polite and obviously has strong work ethic. Her phlebotomy skill is honestly unmatched in all of my decades of experiences having blood drawn. There is absolutely no trace of the puncture nor any bruising whatsoever. This is a first for me. The entire blood draw from entry to the room to exit from the room was only a few short minutes. Exceptional service.

One time like 10 years ago I signed up for one of those cheap worthless insurance policies that was to include a yearly exam basic lab test, routine test for like mammograms, bone density, and blood tests. No it did not. The hospital could not fill out the forms correctly and refused to refile. So yes never use Shand either. Shands will no longer accept medicare or medicaid so guess you must pay to to receive substandard care, so good luck with that one. Fast forward 10 years, February 24th 2025 went in to get stuck-I hate getting stuck . Labcorp waited 6 months before even telling me there was a problem, yelled in my face that this bill was due immediately when I was told and demanded full price, Not what medicare would pay? I was given the paperwork and instructions that I needed to get started. After a short wait, I was called back so that my fit Test could be performed. The test was performed proficiency and in a timely manner. I was given both the signed paper copy as well as a nice wallet card with my fit Test results. I was informed that my results would also be electronically sent to my employer and that there was no need to check out because I was good to go. I really appreciated how pleasant EVERY employee was that I encountered. Even the individuals passing in the hall smiled and greeted me.

Obviously no-one respects anyone's time anymore and places like these really show it. Furthermore, CareSpot advertises that it can handle walk ins "no appoinment necesary" but with these wait times that's a load of balogna. I spoke to someone here while waiting. She said she came in yesterday and waited all day before she got any help. She came in again today seeking the same services. Clearly this institution has no shame. Sans accountabillity this kind of mistreatment will only get more common.
