I made an appointment the day before for 8:10. After a couple people who had appointments after me were let back one of the phlebotomist asked me if I had an appointment I said yes. Another phlebotomist, Vanessa, was quick to help and get me in immediately. She took me back and got me taken care of right away. She was gentle and I did not feel a thing. Test results sent to wrong doctor. Wrong tests performed. Had to return 2nd time. Incomplete instructions given for specimen collection so specimens were rejected. Had to return 3rd time. Samples accepted and hopefully will yield results. Online check-in process did not work efficiently on 2nd and 3rd visits. read more

Do you like getting yelled at when you are not feeling well? Don't go here. Just don't. I needed to pick up a test to bring home. Quest made me make an appointment that was two and a half hours later to PICK UP a test to take home. I was yelled at for being a walk in. We all were, customers were upset and frustrated. read more

TRASH!! This whole company is absolute garbage!! They should have an option for negative stars. I need collection cups for stool samples for my infant. Can't get anyone on the phone, hours of operations is a joke, people work real jobs! Then you get there they have all their windows a doors locked, I knocked several times saying excuse me. This B -word of a lady whom I can see not doing a damn thing from the crack in the door. Hollers I need to log in to the tablet. I keep trying to explain I don't have anything on there, I have the papers in my hand, I just need stool collection cups. She wouldn't even open the door to talk to me. I'm scratching my head at some of the other reviews - my take is the opposite of many of them. My experience with the people is not good but I enjoy the checkin. I've been using Quest for years - not by choice. Rather, my insurance requires it. And I've virtually never had a good experience. I get double-billed every single time. It's not *really* their fault but fixing it is impossible. My medical bills/co-pays get auto-paid via my insurer and HSA. Quest charges at blood draw. So, pay twice. but getting this resolved with Quest is really, really painful. And it's for many years all the time. In all the years going to them, I've only dealt with one person I would have considered pleasant. And she was very nice. But she's long gone. On virtually every trip, I feel like my presence is a true bother to them. My last trip? I was really uncomfortable - trying really really hard not to upset the phlebotomist so she wouldn't be grumpier. What's it with Quest - do they work really hard to find the grumpiest people in town? Wait was very short. Scheduling appointments via their app or site is easy. Results come pretty quickly. They're easy to find and read. read more

Wait time is still awful, but that's due to volume, not lack of staffing. Everyone was friendly and cordial from beginning to end. The nurse that drew blood was quick and efficient, not hiccups in the process so once I was called back the task went quickly. One critique I would give is that when they call your name, give time for the person to respond. A lot of us are sick and cannot jump up and run to the window on first call. If I could just review staff I give them five stars. The people drawing blood are super nice and efficient . However there is no one at the front desk, they are using a electronic check in and I noticed some people having issues, reading abilities . However, there's no one now to help them at the front desk. The people are friendly enough & my phlebotomist was nothing short of magnificent! Drawing blood from me has never bothered me but I've noticed that some of them get nervous when you watch them, but not her (she was a Cuban woman & I can't remember her name). The only thing that really irritated me was their appointment process. I was standing in the office yet still had to call an "800" number. I do like them way better than Labcorp. read more

Misplaced my payment. I was required to pay up-front for my blood test, which is fine, but they would not take cash, only check, card, or money order. I only had enough in cash (my checking account was almost empty) so I went and got the cash turned into a money order and gave it to the lady at the desk and only then was I allowed to wait in an almost empty waiting room for 45 minutes to have my blood drawn. About 3 months later, I get a bill in the mail from Quest Diagnostics saying I am overdue on my bill, even though according to their own policy, I shouldn't have because all payments are demanded up-front. read more
