I searched the RadioShack website and indicated that most stores would have this is stock. When I checked on the inventory status of my local radio shack, the store was not listed. I then decided to use the ship to store option, but again my local store was not listed; all the surrounding RadioShacks where listed, but not this one. I did visit the store once before. The store advertises a large selection musical instrument supplies. I was searching for a Manhasset music stand, a very common item for music players,but the store did not carry.

Unfortunately, there aren't many hobby shops around but Florida RC Outlet always comes in clutch. When you first walk in, it just has that sort of model builder vibe that's super welcoming. The decor, the vending machine to the left of the door and the way it's laid out. Definitely reminds me of a hobby store from back home. They have mostly RC stuff (makes sense) but they have a fair selection of plastic models and a generous selection of paint, brushes, glue, etc. I've been building models since I was a kid, so I'm extremely well versed in different kits/manufacturers and what they're worth. That being said, their prices are fair and not overpriced. But the best part of it all is the idea of helping keep a hobby store in business and buying their products in person. It's a little far for me, but the next time I'm in that area I'll definitely find myself in Florida RC outlet.
