1 STAR - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Tech Hospital in St. Augustine. I brought in my iPad for a screen repair and was given multiple different timelines. Initially, I was told the repair would be completed within about an hour. Then I was told the part would arrive between 12-1 PM. After that, I was told the repair would not be completed until Monday. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. I was not informed beforehand that the part was out of stock or that the payment would be nonrefundable. I was not provided with a written estimate or a clear refund policy before authorizing the order. I needed my iPad for school assignments, so these repeated delays put me in a difficult position. I also attempted to contact the business for updates and eventually had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone. I spoke with multiple employees, including Olivia and Anthony, but the overall experience left me feeling like my time, money, and concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency about charges and refund policies BEFORE money is taken. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously.

The new screen had an issue, so I brought it back the next day and they replaced it again...apologetically. Of course, the new screen wasn't their fault...it was the suppliers fault. Anyway, they immediately got to work replacing it the second time and I went to the nearby Starbucks to wait. About 30 minutes later, the repair guy walked into Starbucks with my phone...working perfectly! I can't recommend this company highly enough. They're simply the best I've worked with when it comes to iPhone repairs.

I want to let everyone know that if you are looking for a great bargain and great customer service…read more look no further. I had an issue with my refrigerator that I purchased. I had purchased a brand new G.E. refrigerator that was supposed to be a garage ready refrigerator. I purchased the refrigerator in December 2026. While using it for the last 4 months I did not realize at the time that my purchase was actually the wrong model and that it was not a garage ready refrigerator. I didnt realize because it was still cold in my garage so I didnt see any issues at the time. Now the weather has changed and my garage is hot so I was seeing how my refrigerator was struggling to stay cold inside. I own a micro bakery and I use it for many loads of sourdough bread. I called appliance 4 less and told them that I had looked up my refrigerator and that the one they sold me was not the one I had requested. I told them that on purchase I stated that I needed to have and only wanted a garage ready refrigerator. The kind woman did not argue with me and tried to help me. She looked to find me a garage ready refrigerator and told me they did not have one. The customer service I received was amazing especially in today's time you really dont find good customer service anymore but you do here. Because she couldn't find a refrigerator that I needed she offered to refund my money even with it being 5 months that I did use it. I was so surprised and honestly I expected to have many arguments and needing to get my credit card company involved but I didnt have to. I can say this company truly gives the best service its starts from the minute you walk in the door. I even got a free warranty on the refrigerator which was amazing. So if you are looking for an appliance I would not go anywhere else. This is the second purchase that I had made with Appliance 4 less and if I ever need or have someone I know that needs an appliance I will always tell people give appliance 4 less a chance. They might not always have what you need but if they do I would purchase the appliance at appliance 4 less because you won't regret it. Thank you appliance 4 less im sorry my purchase didnt work out. But I do want to say thank you for providing me the best customer service.

After a conservation with Johnny and describing the issue with my tv, he informed me that it was not repairable. I am Sony believer so I talked to Johnny about purchasing another Sony and which tv he would recommend so I purchased the one he recommended. I was not disappointed with the price or the tv I purchased. I highly recommend San Jose TV for your next purchase. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable about Sony tvs. you can't go wrong with them. Had I know about them earlier I would have purchased my other tv from them. Use your small businesses! They are more knowledgeable when it comes to specializing!
