Nothing wrong with them, I called and they answered all my questions. But I'm making a cinematic documentary and needed to be sure I was making all the right choices. For what I needed Ai said Photo Digitizer was the better option and Ai was right on. What an extremely positive experience. Besides using his 20 years of experience, he visually showed me some things that helped me understand what he was saying. He's patient, extra helpful, kind and cares about your project. I have more to bring him for my movie in regards to photos and videos so I'm gathering them now. He's extra organized in his space, how he backs things up and ways he gets everything to you. He had exceeded what I was looking for! Thanks Prahlad!

I found this local photo shop and decided to give it a try. The owner Prahlad answered my call and was incredibly pleasant and polite. I explained our situation, and although we could only afford to do one picture, he assured me he would help. To my surprise, he completed the draft to final version in just a couple of hours and even touched up the second picture free of charge. His generosity truly touched us, and we are grateful for his kindness during this challenging time. This shop is more than just a business; it's a place filled with compassion and understanding. I highly recommend this photo shop for anyone in need of their services!

Finding the place was a little tricky at first (navigation got me a bit confused), but I'm glad I stuck with it. The staff here really knows their stuff. I spoke with them about color correction for some specific prints, and they were patient enough to walk me through the options without making me feel rushed. The turnaround time was pretty reasonable--not instant, but they definitely prioritize quality over speed, which I appreciate. My prints came out crisp and the color balance was spot on, way better than what you'd get at a typical pharmacy photo counter. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pricing is a little on the premium side, and as I mentioned, the location isn't the most obvious if it's your first time visiting. But honestly, for the level of professional service and the final result, it's worth the extra few bucks. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next project."

The customer service is great, Chastity was able to have a lens ready to go for me on the same day that I ordered. The rental fee is reasonable; I do think that the local pickup fee is a bit odd, especially because it's a location that LensFly chooses. Regardless, this is a great service that I recommend for photographers. Overall, I would use LensFly again. The lens I rented was in excellent condition and convinced me that this will be my next investment.
