I was porting over my line from TMOBILE to Verizon because they said I would receive a iPhone 17 pro max by mail and once I received it and activated it then and only then will they be able to port my line because I have to receive phone first but instead that took my number with out me receiving phone first.I then went to Verizon store and requested that they return my number to TMOBILE if they are not giving me a phone to use right at the time my number has been ported over and they gave me such a run around for 5 hours and soon as I started talking about a lawsuit, they were now able to port my number back to TMOBILE. We had the privilege of working with Jordan who was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went in to switch a line from another carrier initially but hit the lotto when Jordan told us that we were due for new phones and Verizon was offering incentives. We got talking about my unhappiness with our current internet provider to which we were also able to purchase internet through Verizon. I had a bad experience at t-mobile and Harry was able to get me right and save me money

Would only recommend going into this store if Jayson is working. We originally went in when my husband and I were needing new phones. Jayson was great for us what we needed and he was very professional and helpful. We had the phone for 3 weeks and the service was subpar in our area. Calls dropping, nothing loading, texts not sending. We live in a rural area so we decided we needed to switch back to our original carrier. Since we were in our 30 day probation period we decided to go return the phones. We went in and another rep was working, he was very nice to the customer he was helping. We waiting over an hour and were very patient. As soon as he found out we were wanting to return our phones his whole demeanor changed. He clearly did not want to do this return. Then kept asking if we would just come back tomorrow when the original rep was there, even though we waited over an hour to be assisted. He then called the original rep and that rep told him what he needed to do. He then proceeded to say that he's about to take his break that he needs to take his lunch because he's hot. So we asked if we could just go get our new phones and come back. He said well I'm going on my lunch and I can't promise I won't be with a customer when you come back. This dude clearly didn't want any to help us at all . Very rude. So we go get our new phones and then after a couple hours we go back to try to finish the return. We got there and he told us because we ported our numbers over to the new carrier that we would have to pay for the phones outright bc the Verizon accounts were closed . He never told us that if we did that it would mess anything up. He was not helpful in the slightest. Had a snarky, smartass attitude and just did not want to help up at all. We ended up going back in the next day and getting Jayson to help us. all that was needed was a call to corporate and some patience and we were able to get a label to send the phones back. Would tell everybody I know to never go get help from Jared there unless they want their time wasted by an asshole who only wants to be nice when he's making a sale . read more

This store is the worse make them print your contract before leaving the store. I have had a terrible week with these people. They sold me a iPhone 6s for 20. per month the next day I get the contract emailed to me. the price is 27.15 per month. I take it back they threaten to charge me a 75 dollar restocking fee. Then agree to sell me the I phone 6 for 18. per month I went in for the SE that they didn't have. Still no contract in hand so the next day I call Verizon just to check that everything was as they said. It wasn't they had put the charge at 23 and change. I wish that I had never gone into this store. This was the manage that did this. read more

Be careful, Verizon is offering free phone if you pay a monthly charge and then you get a credit back for the same amount for 24 months. but then they don't give you the deal then you are stuck. make sure you get it in writing. when I called about it the first time they told me my credit would take a couple of months to get then after 5 months they gave me 4 different stories in 1 day. first they said It had to be a new line. then that said it must have to trade in old phone,then they said the deal was only for a $7 credit a month and not a $17 credit. then they said I got the deal a day early so I didn't qualify. How would i even know about the deal early. then whey wanted me to go away and gave me a $200 credit but that less than half of what it should be. and i still have not seen that credit on my bill yet. Just want you to know Verizon will ripe you off even if you & your spouse are both disabled & Been with Verizon for over 10 years with the best credit. This is how they treat their customers.
