I hired them for plumbing work on my new ADU build based on a recommendation from a friend. While I was initially hesitant due to their low number of yelp reviews, my concerns were quickly laid to rest once I saw the quality of their work. Not only was the craftsmanship excellent, but their pricing was very fair compared to some of the outrageous bids I received from other companies. They truly go above and beyond! I'm thrilled to have found a reliable plumber I can trust and will absolutely be using them for all future projects. A minor note on communication: The owner is in his 70s and a bit tech-challenged, which made him difficult to reach at one point. However, once I did get a hold of him, he and his crew showed up exactly when he said they would and completely knocked the job out of the park. For work this good, he's earned some slack!"

He had to order parts needed and came back a week after to repair the shower drain that had been slowly leaking for a couple or so years. I also had him replace the water spigot on the side of the house. I am happy with the services received for the drain and definitely recommend and would call on Tracy again for any issues concerning plumbing and water heater needs.

I called Pete from North Sound Plumbing on a Sunday and left a message. He called me back promptly and said he would come over the next day to have a look as early as he could. He not only came over the next day, as promised, he also called before he stopped by to make sure I was home. He took a look, let me know a worst/best case scenario and left me to contemplate my options. I called him later in the day and scheduled him. He sent James over the next morning at 9am. And James was on time. (I'm a sucker for promptness). James looked everything over and went over the troubleshooting steps he was going to take. I crossed my fingers that the worst case scenario (ripping the plaster out of our wall/ceiling) wasn't going to happen. 45 minutes later, it was announced fixed sans wrecking ball. The bill was extremely reasonable, the problem was fixed, they were very prompt and friendly and James left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. I will definitely be calling North Sound Plumbing in the future. (sidenote: I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I can only vouch for how awesome James work and toilet-side-manner was. I'm certain Pete would have been just as great)

I called this company due the reviews. they came promptly and proceeded to pump my septic tank, which I admit was overdue. when that didn't seem to fix the problem they Hydro jetted the main drain. Having told me on the phone that theyWould jet the drainfield I was surprised that he decided to leave the tank excavated with the lid off to supposedly save me money when I had to call them back because my system was failing. Being a senior citizen and a widow I felt I was being treated this way because I wouldn't know any different. I consulted some friends that have had a lot of issues with their Septic system. And they were shocked to hear they left it excavated and with all the rain. It was first of February. They advised me to call and have them come back and jet the drainfieldand then come then cover the system back up. It had been left open for approximately 2 1/2 weeks and surprise surprise after the drainfield was jetted the system was working fine, so now five months later it's running like a top and I'm surprised to see that I get a letter from the Pierce County health department that I was turned in for a violation reason Septic failure. The guy who told me all the stuff about it failing videoed it before it was jetted when it wasn't quite up to par. And of course he did not come with the guys He sent to do the job so he did not observe the fact that it was running fine. There's so many five star views on this company. I'm sorry to have to say this these things, but I am in the middle of trying to prove that I don't need $30,000 septic system at this time. I'm sure drain beast isn't gonna help me pay for it! very unethical considering I should've been notified in advance not get the letter five months later. From the Pierce County health department I believe this is the drain beast that's from the Puyallup area. It was Harmon I talked to on the phone. If they by chance tend to make this right, I will update this review.

My wife and I were having some plumbing issues. The water pressure in our new to us home was rather…read morelow in our opinion, but livable. After about 8 months in the home, it suddenly spiked. I checked the water pressure at the front spigot and found it was slightly over 100 psi. About a week later it dropped to about 45 psi, then spiked back up to 100 psi the following week. I suspected it was the pressure relief valve. I called Joe the Pro. After a brief chat, he confirmed my suspicions and explained the possible consequences of too high water pressure. He was able to fit me into his schedule and arrived when he said he would. I had also contacted another plumber prior to Joe for a bid. I felt that other plumber's bid to be excessive. Joe's bid was very reasonable in my opinion. Joe arrived with 2 employees, who were also very polite and professional. They had to access the plumbing issue via an access door to the crawl space from a bedroom closet. They spread drop cloths through the house to prevent any spills, scuffs or marring of the floors. They quickly identified the problem and corrected it. When done, the final bill was exactly what was initially quoted. I have already recommended Joe to some of my neighbors. So in review, Joe the Pro is professional, prompt, and polite. He took the time to explain what had happened and why it happened. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Joe, you are definitely our go to guy for all plumbing issues we may have in the future.
