We were provided a small welcome package with a measuring tape, reusable bag and a pen. The facility itself is top of the line and new. Many units have lights inside and everything is air conditioned. Our unit has no light but it works perfectly for what we needed it for. As I mentioned in my previous review, the movers were highly skilled and very experienced but mistakes were made that caused some damage to my furniture. We're human and we all make mistakes. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation. I did not expect compassion, kindness or a human being at the end of the phone line who was deeply apologetic. I was very impressed with the humanity shown by Paul. Paul didn't just apologize for the mistakes made by his crew, he took responsibility and ownership for those mistakes. It's clean and well lit. The prices are much more reasonable than some of the fancier locations. We have no complaints about access, it's a key-code to get in, and everything feels very secure. Even better, when nature calls, the bathrooms are accessible and clean. If you live in this area and need a storage option, you really should give this place a try!

They are only open from 10pm till 5am and can tell when you enter and when you leave so they would have 7 hours to take pictures then remove your items take what they find valuable and put everything else back in place to try and fool you.
